Straight Talk - Coming Up April 12th

It was kinda fun. Brandon was more animated and seemed more comfortable. Tanner is chill.

The "apartment" sounds like a cheesy dorm. With all that testosterone concentrated in a small area, no wonder it smells like armpits and feet!
I really miss the Colorado house. It was so beautiful. I grew up in Denver and still miss it. We have no idea what the Florida house is like. I've been to Florida several times and although it's nice, I hate the heat, bugs and other critters that scurry in the nite!

Sha asked the most important question last and got 2 responses. He's not exactly Diane Sawyer...

Apparently they have now moved on from Florida and are in Atlanta. I find that often with Broke Straight Boys to find out what's really happening is like reading tea leaves. We need to look for clues and try to figure things out, but actually in a way that is fun for me, kind of like try to solve a good mystery. lol

I'd assume this is one of several, an ice breaker. Thanks for not asking their sexual orientation. Thought the questions were good. Next time ask them not to talk over each other it makes it hard to hear, but since it's "normal conversation" that's almost impossible. I'd like more.

I was holding my breath, hoping that question wouldn't be asked. And I agree with you, Frontier - thankfully the porn gods didn't let that happen. That is what burned Broke Straight Boys in the past. The models aver that they are straight even the ones who aren't because they feel they have to given the site. Then later we find out that some of them aren't. It's just better to leave that question out of the process.

Other than waiting for that shoe to drop, I enjoyed this bts more than most. While some of them were reticent in speaking up, I think that portrays their personalities or their reluctance to say something that might be perceived in the wrong way. And I enjoyed how loose they were with each other and seemed to get along.

This was obviously filmed at the Florida location. Now that they are filming at sha's condo in Atlanta I wonder what the living set up for the models is there.

I would suggest for the next Straight Talk that Sha ask the members for some ideas on questions. While Sha focuses on directing I think the questions were less than provocative. No need to be careful and PC with questions. Get down and dirty and get answers out of them. When an interviewee is placed in an uncomfortable position more interesting exchanges occur. That is the key to top rated talk show interviews. No need to ask about sexuality as the members would laught at most answers, instead find a way to get at the vulnerability of the models. I suppose interviewing is just more in line with my profession.
