Hey Guys and Beth,
I have decided to cancel my membership effective this month and I wanted to leave you with some parting thoughts and observations of things that have een brought up by the members recently.

First off the pre-scene, one sided interviews with the models. While it is nice to learn a little bit about the models and their reasons for getting into the porn business, I do agree with the general consensus that these have a tendency to be repetitive as to the guys protestations that this is not an enjoyable experience and merely a means to an end, (ie: the money) We get it, you don't need to keep repeating it. I will bet dollars to doughnuts that we will see this footage on the television show as it seems pretty rehearsed and likely filmed for that purpose.

Second, the quality control, or lack of it, from the camera work to the lighting to the sets. There have been flashes of greatness here and there but more and more that is the exception rather than the rule/ Some members have made some excellent observations and offered up some workable solutions, but they seem to have fallen on deaf ears. What a pity as I can be counted among those members that have Broke Straight Boys as their only paid site.

Third, the new models. Not much to say here as there have been some great finds, like Ronan Kennedy, Zak and Brody that come ready to perform at their best. There have been some great pairings of models, such as Ronan Kennedy and Brody that have had the potential to melt a few keyboards if they had been given the chance and the producer/director or whoever had recognized the potential, but let it slip away, much as David blew the opportunity with Porn Shane and Josh. I still pine for what could have been with those two. Seldom do you have the type of onscreen chemistry between two models like we had with Ronan Kennedy/Brody or Paul/Damien, and I'm sure there are a few others that do not come to mind right now.

Lastly, Damien and Paul. The two (hopefully) remaining stars that formed the foundation that is Broke Straight Boys 2.1 or 2 or wherever we are now.
The reason I came back to Broke Straight Boys was Damien Kyle Not to diminish the appeal of Paul in the least, but I think Damien had to work harder to get where he's at, probably because of Paul. It is unfathomable to me that these two have been relegated to the C-list. While I see that there is a Damien Kyle scene coming up, but it is with that guy he had the disastrous oral scene with. I wonder if this is truly a new scene, or one that has been in the can since then. In any case, for me it is too little too late.

So I have decided to go on hiatus for a few months, probably until my birthday in May. I just don't feel like spending my hard earned money on something that I am enjoying less and less. Besides, it's basketball season, my Arizona Wildcats are still undefeated and some great games are coming up so I will be focusing on them and the Blue Devils hoping they bottom for my Cats! (Congratulations to Mikey and the Devils for leapfrogging into the #2 national ranking)

So to Broke Straight Boys and Mark, I wish much success with the television show and I pray you find a great director, cameraman and lighting technician to bring back the consistent quality. To my forum family and all the models especially Mikeyank, Tampa, Jon, Stowe1, Mactee, Damien Kyle and Paul Canon and the rest of you, a Very Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and a Very Happy and Safe New Year.

I'll see you in May

Dear Jason -

What a bummer! There are many others I'd rather lose than you. I will miss your frank posts, your touch of sarcastic wit, and your avatar - lol!!! Seriously, I realize you are doing what you need to do because it doesn't make sense for you to spend your money on something from which you don't derive commensurate satisfaction.

I trust you will check in on the site from time to time to see if it is moving in the direction that will enable you to return to us. I hope that is sooner rather than later. In the meantime have a Merry Christmas and a great 2015. Looking forward to your return in May if not sooner.

Jason, you had been on hiatus from Broke Straight Boys for quite some time, and I was so pleased to see your return a few months ago. I agree with Stowe that your posts are both frank and a tad sarcastic and I love your subtle references to pop culture, past and present. You will most definitely be missed.

But of course your reasons are totally valid, as the quality of both production and the models have been piss poor lately, and I actually don't see any signs of a turnaround yet. Mark has told us several times that he has new talent recruiters but the general quality is still way down, and even worse is that he has given us no indication of hiring a new director as we muddle through amateurishly shot scenes. And I agree with all that the new set is a disaster as well. One might ask why I am still here, and the answer is that I am extremely loyal and I am addicted to this forum, and while I am having my own financial issues right now, I feel that the amount I pay is still worth the entertainment I get from the forum, and so I am not about to abandon ship yet.

We are losing some long term and valuable forumites like Mactee and now Jason due to management not listening to our concerns regarding the quality of the models, the poor technical direction and the lack of regard to our concerns regarding the tacky set, which would seemingly be the easiest and quickest to remedy. And so I will soldier on in high hopes of more scenes with Ronan Kennedy, Ayden, Zak, Abram and hopefully an influx of new models of the same ilk.

Jason, I share your love of college basketball, and I would love to see both of our teams in the final four as the Blue Devils and Wildcats have had some epic March battles in the past. I am glad that you are leaving the door open to return in the late Spring and you see a new and improved Broke Straight Boys, bringing back the glory days that we both remember. All of my best holiday wishes to a great forumite as I look forward to your return.

Dearest Jason,

Mikey says it all so well here. You will be greatly missed in here when you leave. I hope we will see you back again in May as you indicate. It has been such a thrill to see such wonderful people like yourself return to the forum family again. You have been here since the beginning of the forum and you are always thought of with great fondness. I always wish you the best Jason! Sending you a big hug. :) xo

Just in case your membership ends quickly or I get too busy to be online in the next couple days, I want to take the opportunity now to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in 2015. May your holidays be filled with happiness and love.

Dear Jason
We never really met. But just want to say I will miss You and your fun posts. And your avatar. lol You have always been a good read.
The way things are going I hope Broke Straight Boys will still be here in May. Seems to be on a down hill slide. It scares me. I sure would miss this Forum.

Yes I agree with Mike again. But as well as Jason's wit and honesty, I will miss looking at that lovely cock dropping out of his jeans xx

Wow! Thank you all for your kind and heartfelt posts, they mean a lot to me.

I will miss the forum and all of you,

Do me a favor and get Broke Straight Boys to do a Ronan Kennedy and Brody love scene.

Ronan Kennedy topping of course.
(as if Brody would have it any other way!)

and for good measure a Damien and Paul scene making love as a follow up

I'll need something hot to watch when I come back!
(You've got 6 months Broke Straight Boys - get on it.)

My membership expires tomorrow, so this is likely my final post,

until next time,
Much Love - Jason

Jon, here's one more peek,

p.s. love the new guy's pubes.

Jason,
My dear friend, I'm joining you in departing Broke Straight Boys on the 24th of this month for most of the same reasons, except for Wildcat basketball. Not that I have anything against the Wildcats, I'm just not in to basketball. I've enjoyed reading your posts and I know that our forum family will miss you very much.

Wishing you the happiest of holidays and all the best in life, and O yes, Happy Birthday in May!

You too Mactee?

I'm so sorry to hear that we are losing a few more really great people. You will be missed indeed. I hope that like Jason, that this will be a temporary hiatus for you. Hopefully by the time you get back the quality of the camera work, lighting, and selection of new-hire models will be on the upswing again.

It's a sinking ship... Damn this tv crap... concentrate on the site

Actually the TV show has not interfered with the site at all. We just bought brand new lights, a new camera and everything else. We work on the site every single day.
