Thanks here too Johnny and a lot of what Beth said! Even though I was making a little joke about the comparison to Alfred Hitchcock with reference to the "cameo/hand" appearances, it was actually a compliment after reading your explanation of the "Gonzo" shooting style!
" I had to chuckle a bit as Johnny's "signature" hand appears from time to time and I get the impression (like me) he talks with his hands. He gives me a little bit of an Alfred Hitchcock feel in his directorial vision. Hitchcock being known for his cameo appearances and use of a camera made to move in a way that mimics a person's gaze, forcing viewers to engage in a form of voyeurism."
On a more technical note: This may actually be a question for ChuckBluMedia. You did mention the HD camera you will be using. Not only will the quality improve tremendously, the file size will also increase tremendously. I download select scenes. Playback is better as streaming can sometimes be affected on my end by high cable internet traffic. Besides that, I like to save scenes to an external hard drive. Space/down load times are also affect by the larger files. Is there a way to have a pull down menu in the "Down Load" choices that would also give a "file size" to choose. It currently says: HD, High Quality, Mp4 etc. I have seen menus that give ranges from Low-HD and file sizes for each choice. I downloaded a scene from
College Dudes that was much larger than I remember them being, now that HD is used. Any thoughts?
