I noticed that too...and it's WAY more noticeable in POST. yes, the crunchy mattress is no longer an issue...funny you brought that up...I found it to be rather crunchy myself and a weird distraction - thanks for the laugh...I described it as "crunchy" myself - too funny

Thanks here too Johnny and a lot of what Beth said! Even though I was making a little joke about the comparison to Alfred Hitchcock with reference to the "cameo/hand" appearances, it was actually a compliment after reading your explanation of the "Gonzo" shooting style!

On a more technical note: This may actually be a question for ChuckBluMedia. You did mention the HD camera you will be using. Not only will the quality improve tremendously, the file size will also increase tremendously. I download select scenes. Playback is better as streaming can sometimes be affected on my end by high cable internet traffic. Besides that, I like to save scenes to an external hard drive. Space/down load times are also affect by the larger files. Is there a way to have a pull down menu in the "Down Load" choices that would also give a "file size" to choose. It currently says: HD, High Quality, Mp4 etc. I have seen menus that give ranges from Low-HD and file sizes for each choice. I downloaded a scene from College Dudes that was much larger than I remember them being, now that HD is used. Any thoughts?

Hi and thanks...yes "the hand" is gone...I honestly never thought it was such a huge deal...never meant to piss so many people off and wasn't trying to "inject myself" into a scene. It's just a weird thing I've done in the past with no complaints - been told it gives a sort of "first person shooter" type feel and increases the sense of being there - it is definitely gone now as I DO listen to the members wants and needs. To be compared to Hitchcock in ANY way is the upmost of compliments...one I could not even begin to accept- I do know what your referring to and have studied him during the acquisition of one of my degrees. I am trying to give you that feel of being there...it's reality style shooting...meant to be a tad bit wobbly (by intention) without being shaky - just as your eyes would see it if you were to be looking around the room naturally - thanks for your feedback!

Johnny, I really like everything you are saying, and I have more optimism than I've had for a long time that the site would go back to being actually sexually arousing for me again, as it's been a while. The one issue you have not yet addressed to my knowledge is the quality of the models. I assume you hire the new models, and if you do I put in a request for young, hot, masculine, "believably" straight to me. And I'd enjoy having you ask them questions about what they are feeling, getting them to express their thought process of going "gay for pay" on the internet. The sex has always been the hottest to me when at least one of the participants is a believable newbie experiencing man to man sex for the first time.

I don't know if you are familiar with BSB1, but I'd love to see you go retro, and give us some scenes filmed in that style, with that type of straight guys. Thanks very much for listening and communicating with us. That is important to me and I appreciate it.

Thanks for your question...the models we bring in are ACTUALLY straight...most have girlfriends and I talk to them at length at the house about their personal lives...during the interview portion, I try my best to get them to open up about themselves- they are at most comfort to do so in this very loose type, joking around type question format...if I got all serious, they would be more closed off and not let as much out...in fact, two of the models last shoot were telling me on set (off camera) how easy it is to talk on camera the way we do it...added comfort = added depth from my experience. Although the guys we bring in are straight, some are very young...on some occasions maybe they have a bit of curiosity about being with another guy...maybe they are bi or gay and don't know it yet...it's always interesting to see what their reaction will be to men and how quickly their comfort level may or may not increase. All models coming into the house identify themselves as straight...if that helps answer your question. As far as copying someone else's style, I never do that...I appreciate your liking of that directors scenes, and perhaps I will get mine to a place where you may enjoy them even more...I am confident you will, at the least, appreciate the MUCH improved technical quality of upcoming scenes...new camera and we re-designed the entire lighting scheme for the sets. You will find it much brighter, crisper and higher quality overall. Please, feel free to continue to bring constructive criticism to the boards...I'm doing my best to read and respond to as much as I can...it does really help me to understand what the members like...I would love to make as many people happy as possible. Well Johnny; I also enjoy College Dudes and have for a long time now. I did ask the question before, "whether there would be changes to this site as well," and....you've answered that question in a big way WOW and Thank you! Not only am I able to see the quality of the videos has improved, the addition of the interviews has also added to my getting some "personality" from models I've only admired for their physical characteristics (since that's really all I got, besides their performances)before! You've been busy and it seems, you've been working on this for a while (on College Dudes.) Some of the models' scenes recently "released" are models who I've chased all over to sites, just because they were there! I am glad that College Dudes has a different set of rules regarding models in general. Having them on College Dudes is like having them in "more familiar territory" for me! I actually got to see one of my much admired models "smile really big" revealing dimples that I didn't even realize they had! The camera angles and lighting are very much appreciated!

I just wanted to "Sing your Praises" once again but, this time for your improvements to College Dudes as well as Broke Straight Boys! "You go Johnny"!!!:

Thank you again for your support...and yes I have been equally as hard at work on making some changes to College Dudes along with the entire team. Lighting, set design, audio and style of videos have changed. I'm very glad to hear you like the recent changes... The most recent of which you'll see on a set with a light blue wall in the background....those videos are pretty much dialed in as the new identity of the site and the direction we are going with it. I get very little feedback with College Dudes so I do appreciate it. Also touching a little harder on some of the fetishes on that site as there are less reservations with gay or bi-sexual models. As far as the models interacting in the forums...I am not sure how that works or what those plans are. Would really like to bring College Dudes up to what we believe it can be as a site - so glad to hear that you are noticing and appreciating the changes. Thanks again,
