Is it me or why does it seem like Shane is always stoned or high

I agree that Shane does have that totally laid back, Southern California surfer boy look that was epitomized by Sean Penn way back when, in Fast Times At Ridgemont High, playing Jeff Spicoli. I don't know if Shane is high, or just has that persona, but I find him HOT and I actually do like the "stoned out hippy, skater boy" look and attitude in a young guy.

I think I said he looked like he had swine flu or hay fever, less romantic than a couple of fat lines or a huge joint, but they all make your red eyes water like fuck lol...

I think he is just a really quiet guy. It happens....not everyone is as garrulous as Broke Straight Boys Forumites
