In a romance novel or a love making scene, in a "made for t.v" movie, I might see vulgarity as out of place. As I reckon it, there are exactly three words in the English language that are still profane enough to be considered vulgar: one starts with an f, one starts with an n, and one starts with a c. They're all profane because they're meant to demean a group of people based on their intrinsic identity, but only because of that.
