I'm sorry Betu if you took my initial visceral reaction to the College Dudes previews and comments as an act of intolerance. If I were in fact intolerant to other's tastes that do not coincide with my own, I would no longer be a member of this site, as it currently has almost nothing to do with the site that I joined five years ago. But I understand that my own taste in porn is a very specific fetish type, that was pointed out to me by a former esteemed forumite, Slimvintage, who in fact coined the term "forumite".

In fact Slim taught me a new word when he said that I was the "paradigm" of members here who wanted and needed the scenarios to follow a formula, similar to the formula that is necessary to members of College Boy Physicals who have the medical fetish, (which is not my fetish). But my point is that my intention was not to be intolerant of fans of College Dudes, I merely thought that this was an inappropriate place to promote and comment on that site, but as was pointed out by my friend Stowe, and reiterated in no uncertain terms by the owner of both sites, Mark, that this forum is the appropriate place to discuss that site as well as the sites that we receive with our membership here.

I again apologize as I stand corrected, but my intention was never to exhibit intolerance for I despise prejudice and intolerance in others, and would hate to come across that way myself..

Mark is running a business here. The proceeds of which, feed, clothe, and provide homes for himself and all of his dedicated employees and their families. Not to mention all of our favorite models who sometimes desperately need the money to survive and prosper. For all the employees we know by name and other employees of Mark's at Broke Straight Boys, College Dudes, JustUsBoys and Broke Straight Boys TV and so on, whose names we may never know...all Mark wants for them is to be able to provide them with job security and livable wages. I don't see anything wrong with a little cross-promotion once in a while. Especially when it's not even done Mark himself, but by other members. lol

We have the freedom in here to talk about politics, religion, current events and any number of non-porn, non-Broke Straight Boys related issues. There have been times in the history of the forum when I and other members have even mentioned sites that are competitors of Broke Straight Boys The kinds of threads where somebody says they saw former Broke Straight Boys model "X" on site PDQ. (Sometimes with a link to another site's homepage attached.) Or the kind of thread where somebody talks about some hot new model in the business who works on another site. Most of us know not to overdo it, because past a certain point it could be considered rude. While I can only assume that Mark is not entirely thrilled to have non BluMedia sites discussed in the forum, he still tolerates it in the spirit of non censorship. So I don't see any controversy in discussing other BluMedia sites in here.

The forum has been in a bit of a lull lately anyway. So anything that can stimulate conversation, whether it be College Dudes, JustUsBoys, BSB TV, the Pope, global warming or whatever...is fine with me.

A point well made/taken Tampa. I have read many comments about bonus site material of which I have no interest in at all! Never felt the need to feel annoyed out loud just because it didn't appeal to my taste. I think it's only fair that others feel free to express what pleases them with regard to their taste without feeling like a trespasser on someone else's property (so to speak). Keeping it in perspective is also important as you mentioned (non blu-media sites) I myself have made reference to, usually when a former Broke Straight Boys model has appeared. I appreciate that mikeyank is receptive to what "I" said and perceived as intolerance, that was not his intention. For me, as an African American man, growing up in a "Archie Bunker" mentality era, (not to mention being attracted to white men) intolerance of any kind seems to strike a certain "discord". I see intolerance as a few steps away from Bigotry and Prejudice based on my up bringing. I didn't like it then, and as an adult, I don't deal with it well now! And just so I am clearly understood, intolerance is not limited to race, just in case I get challenged on that point!

Personally, I did read the part where it said it was okay to post comments and suggestions for College Dudes before ever starting a thread as such.
Most of the threads say College Dudes or contain something about College Dudes in them. If there had been, or was a Forum for College Dudes, I would have been using it.
Most of the comments related to scenes on College Dudes are about, current or former Broke Straight Boys models.
