I think it is only a promo shot because in the 3rd episode Kyler was going to top Zakk & the scene was setup for him to do so but he felt uncomfortable with the idea of fucking Zakk but he said he would bottom because they needed the money, so the roles were switched.
Like I said I think that is what happened, but I may be wrong.
