Question posed by house mates on big brother

I was watching big brother tonight and they must have been bored as they put a question to each other and so I post the same question to my forum family. So here it is.
If you were a fruit or vegetable what would you be and why?

For me I think I would be an onion because I have many layers for people to go through and see, also I can make people cry when they start to go through the layers and see my life but in the end I'm worth it and can be tasty if you want or need me to be.
