Problem viewing cpb

Just this evening, I went to click on CPB to see the latest installment and it said that I had limited access because I was a trial member when all of this time I have been a FULL MEMBER!! Can someone tell me what might be going on with this and could this please be fixed? THANKS SO MUCH!!
