Potential for a little addition at Chez Lovelumps

Fritz slept completely through the night all curled up next to me on my left, Porter slept at my feet and to the left as usual, the cat at Bill's feet to his right, and Bill to my right, so nothing much changed.

We took Fritz to the BMW dealer today to buy a new car for my brother. He drove over from Kansas to see this particular car. Fritz got a lot of attention. He loves riding in the car! And the dealership was great. They made sure he had water and let us know he was welcome. I wonder what they would have thought of Porter!

He's sleepy today. He spent the whole day yesterday awake and busy and sniffing everything. He's housebroken, and has a good appetite. He is quite skittish with anyone other than me or Bill, and we're just going to keep him around people until he's socialized. I want to be able to take him to the market and the nail salon and the park and on trips to visit friends. He's great with other animals! Just not people, yet.

I'm completely smitten! But don't worry, forum family. You are always in my thoughts. I only need one hand to check in on my phone. :D

Here's mine (well mum's and mine). Border Collie is called Merle and he's 7 months old. Terrier is called Toby who is 5 years old and we got last year after Ben died.

I love Border collies, and they're very popular here as pets as well as working dogs...they always look like they're smiling! Toby looks pretty cute too.

Yay! I love that you posted pix of your pets! Border Collies are so great, and Toby is darling! xo

We just got a 2 month old Pug about a month ago, named him Buster. I am in love! He is such a smart puppy! DArn, I wish I knew how to take a pic from my phone and place it on here! I hate being so computer challenged!

Anyone here have any experience with Pugs? I read they are not too smart, but darn if this little one just pick up on more than I want him to. We are in the process of trying to house break him, but it is tough. I think I need to train my mom first! She just doesn't get it! LOL Buster stays at her house, but I come over several times a day and take him out to potty and to play. He continually amazes me.
