Recently I have had much interest from members of the site to have Pierre Fitch visit our studio to work with some of our models. Pierre also happens to be a fan of Broke Straight Boys and he is open to the idea. I wanted to get some addtional feedback on the forum as to what your thoughts are in bringing him in to do some scenes with some of our guys.

I think it's a great idea! I know some of the members really want the old Broke Straight Boys back, but that just isn't going to happen. There are a lot of reasons why, but times have changed. There will always the talk about who's "really gay" and who's " really straight", but I think the thing about gay for pay (at least for me) is to perform believable gay porn. I'm tired of the "oh, I'm straight and hate doing this, but I need the money" attitude. That may been the way things here started and may be a real turn on for some, but it seems to me that you're ending up with scenes that are, quite frankly, amateur looking. I had hoped to see some of the models here develop into more polished actors, and that isn't happening. In fact, I think that a few models may have gotten too comfortable with their familiarity and have put less of an effort into their performance, which shows in the finished product. Are they happy just doing this gig and don't care if they move on in the business? How many models have left because they wanted to move forward in the business, but felt that Broke Straight Boys just can't do that? Let's face it, you're in business and you need to attract new members all the time, as well a retain the current members. I know some of the forumites have left Broke Straight Boys, and it makes me wonder how many have left who weren't active on the forum. That I will never know.

I've had a turn of events in my life where I have to watch every penny I spend (which I haven't had to do for many years), so I have to take a serious look at what Broke Straight Boys is turning out. There's a boatload of competition out there, and it's gotten to the point that more scenes are just not up to what other sites are doing. I've always liked Broke Straight Boys, even though I've been a member on and off over the years, but something more has to happen to keep me interested (as well as attract those new members). Don't get me wrong, I like the vast majority of models here but I'd like to see them develop more. If bringing in a model like Pierre Fitch will help this happen (and I don't see why it wouldn't as long as models are willing to be open to learning something different) then I'm all for it. Even if he is a "ringer".

What is it that he does so much better than some of our current guys or recently past guys.........Zeno Kostas, Brady, Jason, and some of the other guys are every bit as good looking and certainly put it out there in their scenes......So again, what is it that Pierre would be bringing to the table (or the bed as it were)?

I'm with you, SFPS01, I never heard of Pierre so googled him and watched a couple of his vids on Pornhub. Nice looking guy with tats on his neck. No doubt he is a good performer, but I can't see that he would bring anything new to Broke Straight Boys The things that set Broke Straight Boys apart from other sites have faded away. The type of performers that appeal to me may best be found on Helix now. I will have to think about what I want to spend my porn dollar on when my membership here runs out. For me the change to including professional seasoned gay porn models on a fairly regular basis was two years ago when Drake Tyler first appeared here, followed by others who also had a fairly large catalog of gay porn on their resumes, so I'm a bit confused as to why Sha is asking us prior to hiring Pierre Fitch whereas we were not asked about others including the recent addition of Brad Banks to the group.

I googled Pierre and he seems to be quite good looking although it does say that he is currently 35, so he does not even fit the requirements for new models on the home page in the "modeling" section, "Do you Have What it Takes to be a Model...Between the ages of 18-26 years old?" But he is likely still very good looking.

To my personal taste a young twinkish at least fairly good looking inexperienced, potentially "straight" guy like Allen Michaels who jerked off for us last week is my preference by far, but I am no longer the "paradigm" for the Broke Straight Boys consumer in 2017, so I am far from a person who's opinion matters regarding new models here anymore. It is true that the large majority of forumites from my early days here are long gone. But he would be New here. He is still a boy ( almost ) and supposed to be straight ? Can't believe he might be broke?

I have to say that im willingly to try any model that Broke Straight Boys believes would make good scenes. I've watched some of his scenes and he's good but I don't know if he's a good fit here. If he's going to be doing scenes with other models, then I don't think you'll be getting the results you're hoping for. He may look young, but he doesn't look boyish. I don't think he'll go over with the members. Of course, I could be wrong. I've been surprised in the past. If he's going to perform, then I hope he can pass along some ideas to polish some of the models' presence. I'm not going to hold my breath, though.

I think what would concern me most would be what would this website and its members gain in bringing in a obviously not broke, obviously not straight, and obviously not a "boy". There is a uniqueness to this site (and its what brought me here) of mostly fresh young boys/men who haven't been around the block many/if any times that have some or a lot of sex appeal, engaging in man on man sex for probably the first time, at least on film...if you take those aspects away from Broke Straight Boys then what do you have left? A porn site mostly like all others. Owner/mgmt have created something rather unique here. Its kind of like a family, being professional, looking out for the boys well being, and kind of nurturing them in a way that they maybe don't get elsewhere. It seems to me to be more hit than miss. Yes, every box of strawberries has a blemish or two, but not the whole batch. I recently went back and watched the Jared/Shawn scene. Totally under rated and in my opinion one of the best scene's in a long time and in keeping with the theme of the website. At least I think one is straight (Jared) and Shawn isn't, but the point is that the scene sizzled sexual energy. I would suggest that management start putting out some of the newer boys/scenes quicker and throw in some of the older (that have been around for a while) guys/scenes periodically. It keeps members interested and anticipatory. From the looks of the past month filming there are enough new boys that we should see at least one new boy a week for many months, and I don't mean just the solo shots. Heaven knows there are enough "pro's" in the stable to pair with the new guys. Christmas is a long way off!
