I don't know if you have any physical limitations on your mobility but if not, I highly suggest that you try to get out and get some fresh air and exercise. Even during the peak of the pandemic and lock down last spring, we were recommended to get out for solitary exercise while masked.

I find that my two day work week is great for my physical and mental well being. I walk to the subway and from the subway to the office. It is only 40 minutes from home to work and back but climbing stairs in the subway stations and the walking is good for me physically. I also belong to a group that takes walks throughout the five boroughs of the city, and some are more challenging with hills like in Inwood Park in upper Manhattan or Van Cortlandt Park in The Bronx. Last Saturday we walked on flat ground through the Meat Packing District and the West Village in Manhattan down to the Financial District. All in all, we were out for four hours and covered about five miles. I am not in great shape, but I feel that the exercise as well as the social aspects of the walks is excellent for my mental health as is the part time job.

Mike likes so much in my life I tend to for the extreme. Between the age of 40 to 52 I exercised 2-4 hours per day in the gym. At 52 I was in the best shape in my life & it along with a healthy diet and good genes helped me survive lyposarcoma(sp). Being different it was on my back almost never there but I did not know it until it grew to 40 mass & other's let me know. The rate of survival at that time was 2%. But it did have a cost : broken spin in 2 places, ending the active part of my life. But Ty for your concern. I am lucky I am among those who do not mind & the net provides all the diversion I need. Yes.
