It's so nice to have you join us here in the forum. I am indeed looking forward to your next scene.
Did you catch very much of the Olympics? If so, how did it feel getting to see your mother country and your native culture get to shine brightly on the world stage?
I was also curious as to how long you have lived here in the U.S. You speak American accented English so fluently that few people (if any) would guess that you learned English as a second language. In any case, I'm glad to have you here on our side of the pond. I wish for you great success in finding your version of the American Dream.

I personally can't see too many people that can't be excited for vadims first topping scene. I have high hopes. Vadim Black is so sexy and I can't wait to see him in action.

I am curious why you have to qualify yourself and compel an audience who is already fans to watch and enjoy your new scene? Of course we shall watch it. Of course we shall enjoy it (hopefully)! When you have won the game, there is no need to spike the ball.

No offence, Vadim Black, but personally I do not believe you are from any other country but the US. On A4A, you are clearly advertised as an American Man (not a Broke Straight Boys). I also believe your name, Vadim Black, is a professional stage name, not your real name, as no one would be stupid enough to do porn with actual names. For that matter, almost every common-day actor uses a pseudonym. Thirdly, I think you are an incredible performer who uses your talents, verbal or physical, to be your best. No one can take that away from you. Regardless if you are an American using a bogus name and phony accent or whatever else, you will go places; make no mistake about that. You have a rather large fan base on here, and I hope you will not allow this to go to your head (the one atop your shoulders, that is.)

Two points. Obviously Vadim Black is a stage name as all Broke Straight Boys are given stage names, even Damien Kyle who we first knew as Brendan or Brandon Biss when he did his BSB TV audition tape, so even a guy who uses his real name is given a stage name. Second, he very well may have been born in Russia. The accent or lack of accent has to do with the age a person comes to this country and learns English. My grandfather came here from Poland in his teens and had a heavy accent until the day he died. My grandmother came here from Russia at age four or five and spoke perfect English. Usually if a child comes over before puberty, they can learn to speak the language as a native, and after puberty, it takes a lot of work to change.

Of course all the models adopt stage names that are not their own. I see nothing wrong with Vadim Black chiming in with a post to promote his upcoming scene. What else is there for him to talk about when he wants to start a conversation in the forum with the fans? He is American now regardless of where he and his family were born. So it seems very reasonable that he would introduce himself to total strangers as American.
I also want to see Vadim Black posting more so that we can get to know him better.

I have read all of the above comments and first let me also welcome Vadim Black to the forum. I believe everyone has made good points and covered all aspects! Although it doesn't occur as often lately, a few models have promoted up coming scenes on the forum. I recall that Cage Kafig was not only introduced to the members via photos but, later posted on the forum well before his introductory solo!
I know that some members choose not to follow models on the other social media formats. For those who don't, I think you might be surprised how busy these models are promoting their work, and building followings! Not just Broke Straight Boys models either. It's like a different world so, what we get from the models via the forum....let's just say, I consider it something quite special, especially when they interact, respond to comments. While yes, we the members of the forum do pay to belong to the site, and we are indeed supporting fans but, please, I don't believe for a minute, that we are the only fans they have!!!!

I am not denying Vadim Black's incredible potential to be a superstar on Broke Straight Boys I think he has already taken the right steps to reaching that stardom.
I am also not denying him his heritage. I am saying, however, he is an actor, as are all models on here. Some are better at acting than others, and Vadim Black has star potential, phony accent or real. I admire him as he is and am waiting in angst for his upcoming scenes. If I were Paul, I might be a bit concerned for maintaining my top model popularity. I think Vadim Black is capable of toppling everyone, but he cannot do it alone. Put Paul with him again; put Brandon Beal with him; put the model formerly known as Spencer Todd (and not the milquetoast Spencer Todd who has appeared in recent videos) with him. Let Vadim Black take over and be himself. I sense many great things to cum!

in the blumedia world he is Vadim Black. Vladimir is harder to say. Slavic for ruler. he is a leader in gathering higher ratings. the name seems to fit. the name gets attention, but can he keep it? episode 3 coming up!

Vadim Black is also Slavic for "proving, arguing." You wonder if Vadim Black can keep it in Episode 3? Darth Vader made it through at least six episodes; Vadim Black can certainly do much better in every aspect. The Force is strong in this one.
