Most unusual Christmas ever as the big family gathering is a series of small home mini gatherings with presents being quickly dropped off this morning at multiple houses. We have some more difficult months ahead, but there is now light at the end of the tunnel (a vaccine and a competent incoming President to lead us out of this). So celebrate as best you can, but appreciate what you can still do as opposed to focusing on what you can't. All my best to the other Forumites for happy and safe holidays! For today, Merry Christmas!

And a special shout out to forumite kgmets. You haven't been here as long as some of us but you have an "old soul" and I thank you for starting this Christmas 2020 thread. The models and the scenes can be cool, but the forum is where it's at for me. Truly a very Merry Christmas to all!!!! :thumbup:

Yes. It means a lot to me as well that Mikey would post his well wishes in here too. He is not of the same faith. But he cares for us in here who are celebrating Christmas. And likewise we care for him. Which actually holds up the Christian tradition pretty well. :)
 
Enjoy your Christmas with those you can celebrate with a look forward to next year when we hopefully will be free of this COVID mess. As for myself, I will be indulging in that time-honored Jewish tradition of eating Chinese food and watching a movie - always the same one, my favorite Christmas movie - The Lion in Winter.

We had Chinese food tonight. So did Mikeyank, I spoke with him. It’s a great tradition and I love the movie. Eleanor of Aquitaine, Is one of my favorite persons in history. The wife of two kings and the mother of two kings. And who else but Katherine Hepburn to play her.

Thanks Mark and as long as you posted those nostalgic pics, I will post the link to both the BTS of those boys decorating the Christmas tree and getting their gifts, and the actual scene in which one of the boys, Tristin sucked six and took loads and loads on his face. I watched both parts this morning. They are from Christmas 2013.
