I rated the scene a 1 myself. He seems like a nice guy. But I found the scene underwhelming, even for a solo. Perhaps he'll come off much better in future scenes. As for shaving, my own preference is for shaved balls and the base somewhat trimmed. Just enough to make it look tidy and not all unruly. But enough there to let you know you are seeing a real man and not a prepubescent boy. John unfortunately chose the worst of both worlds for his first porn shoot. He did a decent job of shaving his balls. They look fine. But then he left the base with nothing but very short, sharp looking stubble. Given the unsightly mess he has at the base he should've just shaved it all off. The stubble looks like you would cut your hands or lips on it if you brushed against it.

One of the most interesting things in the solos for me is seeing the different styles guys use to jerk off. I'm constantly surprised guys have techniques I've never thought of.

I think John has a big hot sexy body and I love uncut dick. Yes, his performance was a bit lackluster but I think he had some highlights, when he scooted back on the bed and lifted one arm up over his head, later when he spread out across the bed looked very sexy to me.
