Sometimes I think you 2 are here just to wind me up. Well tough cos I'm here to stay. Furthermore Mike, you ask for peace and over the last few weeks there has been, but now you choose to potentially blow this out of the air again over a trivial matter on a thread about a site that none of you guys like anyway. Don't apply for a job in the diplomatic corps.

Jon, I still want peace on this forum, but sometimes you are a bit sensitive as Graham was on the other thread, when he received some slight criticism.

You and I both like to speak our minds and when you make very definitive statements, you need to be able to take as well as give. It is all part of the democratic process of this forum.

And don't worry, when I retire in a few years, I have no intention of applying for Hillary Clinton's old job.

What you say has been peaceful, I can say has been quiet....not necessarily the same thing. What you call a trivial comment, others may call rude, snide, snarky, or bullying. So who is blowing the peace and quiet out of the water? The person making the comments, or the person calling them on it? That may be a question for Confucius.

Who is my gang of three? When I look around I only see me.

I look at the "date joined" for all three of us, myself October 2008, Jon November 2008 and Ms. K April 2010, so we three are all looooong time members of the site and the forum, indicating that we all really love the site and our forum family.

There have been some ugly periods since we've all been here, but I really truly want harmony and peace here. We all don't need to agree with one another all of the time, but if we choose to express some disagreement, I wish it could be expressed in a civil manner.

My suggestion is that we symbolically cleanse ourselves and start anew in a spirit of friendship and brotherhood. Again I have no problem with any forumite disagreeing with me on anything at all, as long as it is presented in an adult civil manner. Now if I could get my "manage attachments" working again, I would post a picture of a big peace pipe. I am a child of the 60's generation, where the motto was "Make love, not war"!!!!
