Landon & Max

I guess one the things that turns me on about Max is what others have pointed out. His complexity. Not that he is especially deep intellectually but that his personality alone is intriguing. You get the sense that he is only letting you see a few layers of what's all there. That in itself becomes a fun challenge for us to decipher.

For instance I really do think he is predominantly straight. For me he really oozes straightness. Most times we get the sense that the model really has a gay curiosity that they want to explore. While that may be slightly true of Max I think he is really just curious about exploring just about everything the human experience has to offer. I could see him going far in the progress of gay scenes. And I hope I'm right about that for my (our) own selfish and nefarious reasons. LOL I'm sure we all hope that he enjoys himself in the process.

If he does goe on to do just about everything possible in the scenes that fall under the category of mainstream gay sex, I can see him staying straight, with marriage, kids, etc. I think he would just cross off "Gay sex" and/or even "Doing porn before I get too old" as one of many things on his mental checklist of things to do before he dies. LOL I suspect that he is always adding to that list!

Some people take on a primary or secondary theme of "Experiencer" in their lifetimes. They are the types of people who have had 15-20 diverse jobs by the time they are 30. They want to see and do as much as possible in the time that they are here. The stories they can tell! While I can't say that he is one off those souls, I do think that those are some of his motivations for being here with us.

Usually we can spot someone who has a deep seated bisexual curiousity and comes here to explore it--for pay. LOL With Max though he has such a happy go lucky attitude towards it. Kind of like: "Why not? I'll try just about anything at least once. Especially if I'm gonna get paid for it."

I would have preferred to see Landon paired with someone else, maybe Ryan or Alden or Robert. Seeing as Landon is curious maybe pairing him with Nelson or one of the Broke Straight Boys "in house" gay boys in order to give Landon a more "real world gay experience".

That was a very interesting analysis of Max, Tampa. After reading your post, I think I agree. I do enjoy meeting people like that who are free spirits and are very high on self confidence. I agree that he will probably wind up married with kids, but at the same time may go much further in front of Dave's camera, before he leaves Broke Straight Boys Thanks for noticing his interesting personality.

Just leave it at "Thanks"...I remember every time I see a post from you the time you and the straight geeky guy you worked late with on a sound track (just remembering here, I don't know which thread that post was on so the details aren't necessarily accurate...) and when you finished, ended up doing jumping jacks with him in the sound studio and then eventually having sex. If I'm being funny, it's not laughing AT you as they say, but rather laug...well, you know. Max turned me on big time too. He's subtle, funny and complex, something not all BSBs can say for themselves.

Sorry to disappoint but I don't waer glasses, but I am really turned on by some guys who wear them. There are two in my writing class. I know what you mean about Max. If I were to see him in porn with no interview or dialogue I would probably feel the same way. It's the whole package of his personality, self confidence and attitude that pull me in. Much more so than just his body. Although I do like the fact that they finally found a fairly young guy with chest hair! LOL I find his body alone to be only about average for his age. But I still like him for all of the above reasons.

I also tend to think that Landon did not fit in well with Max. Sitting next to each other Landon was almost literally overshadowed by Max's sheer size and personality. It made Landon look very effeminate in comparison. Landon would stand out and shine far better if paired with a model or models who are more similar in size and stature. With his looks and sweet southern accent he can carry a scene all by himself. Next to Max though he kind of fades into the futon cushions. Having said all that though I would not be terribly disappointed to see them paired up again. So many times the models feel more comfortable being with the same guy until they get more comfortable and adventurous.

As far as Landon's performance in the last scene my only regret is that I wished he would have emoted more when receiving oral. I realize that this is typical of guys who don't have a lot of sexual experience. It has always been a peeve of mine when guys (either new or experienced) turn into statues when receiving oral. Whether it's in porn or real life. Landon did very well expressing himself during the cumshot though!

Some guys arrogantly try to feign indifference to how much they're enjoying the sex in real life and porn. You see that they are hard as a rock but they give away nothing else to let you know that you're doing a good job. It's like, Dude! Give me something to work with here. Breath heavy, Moan a little bit. Toss your head back if you want. If you're liking it, say so. But give me or your partner or the audience something to let them know you're alive! LOL

In the oral scenes here on Broke Straight Boys I think it would be a good idea for them to encourage the one receiving oral to at least put a hand on the guys back to show some appreciation and encouragement. I think it looks bad to have a straight guy going down for the first time when it's difficult for him and he's conflicted about it and then the guy receiving just sits there with both arms at his side or along the back of the futon. He should at least rest one hand on the guy somewhere in a friendly manner. I think that kind of body language would help motivate the guy going down to do an even better job. That way he doesn't feel like he's just being used. Needless to say I am always glad to see when the receiver finally gives the other guy a reach around! LOL

First of all i loved both Landon and Max, great job David and co. David hope the cold is better.
I could see Max and Landon in a post shag bliss with Max with his arms around Landon, and Landon with his head on Max's hairy chest, yum.
But the thing that i found funny was that Max when he came never uttered one swear word, it was almost as if he was going to go home and say look mum i have a new job, i make lots of money doing something i like. You can watch my video as i don't say anything nasty in it.
I hope that Max and Landon stay together for a while as it has been said before they have got to know each other and i hope trust each other which is good.
