That my friend is the question that many of us would like to know.
Mark said that Jake has been MIA, but they would keep trying to get him back. And super sleuth forumite Jay has promised me if he sees any sight of Jake on social media or on another site, he will let me know. Jake is the best thing to happen to Broke Straight Boys in a long time. I sure hope we get to see more of him!

I am still in contact with Jake and he is doing well. His work doesn't allow time for filming and work in the world outside of porn seems to be his focus at the moment. You never know when that may change, which is why I keep an open line of communication with him. He did a great job while with us.

That is great news Sha. I am glad he is well and working and also that you are still in touch with him. In my humble opinion Jake was the hottest guy on Broke Straight Boys since the days of Ronan Kennedy and Adam and guys like that. Great to know that he may return someday!

Any updates Sha? It would be fantabulous if Jake returned. He is currently the #1 Rated model on the site and his last scene was released here back in May. Did I mention that I have a huge crush on beautiful young JAKE ?????? LOL

Jesus, I can feel the heat rising and we don't even know if/when Jake might return. I think that if he did, the level of excitement might equal that of beautiful Tanner's return. As the saying goes, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder". It seemed to be the case with Tanner and I suspect it would be the same with my steady beau Jake (sorry Mikeyank, I didn't want to break it to you) lol

While I would very much enjoy seeing Jake return, it sounds very reasonable and responsible of him to be career driven, (or at least job driven, and to be putting his focus and energies into a mainstream income. Good for him. That's a grownup attitude for such a young guy.
We've seen many bad results from models who tried to make doing porn their only source of income. They get very bitter and upset when they either stop getting more work altogether or they don't get as many scenes as they need to support themselves. Then they often turn the blame and their wrath on the company itself for their misfortune and their inability to pay their rent and expenses. The models should always consider porn to be only a temporary and secondary source of income. Doing porn work is so unpredictable that it should never be taken for granted financially even as a supplemental income to another job. It's a great supplement to get you out of a few binds here and there, or to splurge on a few luxuries you wouldn't normally be able to afford. But it's not reliable enough to include it in your monthly budgets (and lifestyle expectations) for the next full year. haha

I have just re watched the scene with Jake and Ricky Daniel's, wow that has got to be one of the hottest scenes I have seen. Ricky was moaning throughout, but unlike the scenes with Marcus, Derek or Malakai you can actually tell that he was moaning with pleasure and not for the camera. I also liked the fact that Jake throughout said nothing it made this scene for me even hotter. The cum scenes at the end were brilliant and from the amount Ricky shot I think I would be right in saying he was really turned on by Jake (who wouldn't be). Love how Jake put his cock back into Ricky's ass at the end. One really hot scene. Would love to see both models back in the Broke Straight Boys fold at some point.

Foxyman mentioned how Jake hardly said anything in his scene with Ricky and I agree that it is hot that he speaks mainly with his body, his facial expressions and his actions rather than with words. But at the same time, I wish that Jake was filming now with the "before" and "after" the scenes. I thoroughly enjoyed his introductory BTS video and have actually re-watched that several times, trying to understand just who he is.
He told us that he grew up in a very rough part of Chicago, and did not want to talk about some aspects of his life growing up. He also never claimed to be straight and so I get the impression that his sex life was pretty much on the down low. And I consider the fact that he had just turned eighteen when he did that interview with Sha, basically just a "baby" to a person my age.
I am fascinated and perhaps obsessed with Jake and hope that if he doesn't return to film more scenes here, that at least we get some kind of update on his life. I've belonged to this site for over eleven years and while it would be difficult for me to choose just one all time favorite model for me, but I can easily say that Jake is right near if not at the top of that list.

The most memorable example of this was the model Mike Robbins. God Rest His Soul. He posted about those very issues at some length here in the forum. I don't want to speak badly of him though because he was a good kid who had many demons and mental health issues (that were no fault of his own) and which so called "modern psychiatry" had no good answers for. And to the horror of just about all of us in here at the time, obviously he died very young. Way too soon.
Another example of this is yet another model who also tragically died very young. His life was in a tailspin after he was let go here at Broke Straight Boys And he had no backup job immediately afterwards that I know of to help him fill the financial gap. He was into drugs really bad. It was SO sad. He pleaded for financial help on social media after leaving Broke Straight Boys because he couldn't support himself. He blamed the site for his problems and even posted a vicious drug-fueled tirade against the staff, which was quickly deleted by the staff. I hesitate to mention any of these models by name. I would have preferred not to mention any names. On the other hand since you asked, I did not want to accused of making up my previous post based on only supposition with no evidence to back up what I was saying.
And there are more than 2 examples (that I can think of) where models were let go and then their lives seemed to go into a fairly quick tailspin. If I were to go on pure supposition though, I'm guessing the staff could think of numerous other examples where models pleaded for more scenes than the site really wanted to give them. And the desperation on the part of the model was fueled by the fact that he had no mainstream job at home at the time to support himself. I don't expect the staff to respond on this point and start tossing out names. But I do think it's a pretty safe supposition.

I was looking at the homepage and checked out "Member's Favorites" and noticed that Jake was in two of the six scenes, (as are Ethan Steel and Calhoun Sawyer, two of my other favorites from recent years). I chose one to re-watch. It was "Jake Spencer Fucks Marcus Hard" from 1-25-2019, It was totally hot and I had almost forgotten how breathtakingly beautiful Jake is. When Sha asks Marcus something about Jake, he says twice, "He's as cool as fuck". I totally agree Marcus. Jake is as cool as fuck indeed! Very, very hot scene. Well worth revisiting!

That raises a question I have. My understanding is that Broke Straight Boys brings in models for a week to shoot a series of scenes. Good business model, but it raises schedule issues for full time college students and models with regular Monday to Friday jobs. Is there any flexibility to bring in Jake or some hot looking college kid to shoot two scenes on a weekend? Just wondering.
I would definitely rearrange things for Jake if it were up to me but from what we know. Jake is in the Chicago area unless he moved. Shooting is now in Southern Florida. That’s a tight weekend schedule.
