Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Just like studded tires, that hard marble is useful as a traction devise in icy weather or as speed bumps on the drag racing strips. However, it mist not be street-legal in most places. Also, it appears on all of the most invasive security measures at airports around the country. Could be misidentified as batteries to power some explosive terrorist devise. Try then to explain it to the guards as they carry you out.

From as aesthetic point of view, it is a bit bulky and downright ugly as it is off center and appears to be in the way with getting your stroking going. I guess I would say to each their own. If they want implants for more sensation and want to endure that procedure... More power to them. I prefer things to be all natural for the most part.
