youtube has a default limit of 15 minutes.
you need to increase the limit.

Hey, Blake. Let me see if I can help in giving you something to consider in making your next video longer.

I would love to see your apartment. Would you consider giving us a tour? I have only seen the parts you have already videoed from and from what I have seen, it is beautiful. Did you decorate it yourself or did you get help?

If you choose to go through with my request, be sure you don't show anything like pictures or any items that would give away your location. You can never be too careful. And, of course Jett's room would be off limits....that's his personal space. But I would love to see your living room, kitchen and the famous "Blake" bedroom.

If you are not comfortable with doing this, I understand. I will still love you forever.

go to youtube, click upload, on the new page is something referring to change time limit.
i am not sure of the exact wording, but on that page changing the time limit is an option.
as i say the default is 15 minutes. most people find that this works just fine.
