How to communicate with BSB

I cannot figure out how to communicate with Broke Straight Boys on technical issues.

When I sign in, every time, I have to enter my user name and then my password. I click the box "remember me" but it never remembers me. The next time I sign in, I have to renter my user name and password.

1. How would I be supposed to ask this question to someone in Broke Straight Boys The support section answers a few questions but not this one and does not tell you how to ask a question that they have not already asked.

2. How do I revert to the sign in where it actually "remembers me" like every other cite does.

We have amazing support just click the top right of the screen where it says Support Center and submit a ticket. I would be more than happy to help you here though.

This definitely sounds like a browser issue. What browser are you using?

Ok I was thinking that was the case. Open Chrome then preferences then passwords. Make sure the two things on top are checked which say offer to save passwords and auto sign on. This should fix the issue.

I've always said that while I am not always thrilled at the choice of models and scenes, I am always super impressed with the job of customer service that Mark and Chuck and his team do. On what other site would the owner of the site take the time to take a member step by step to fix an issue? I'm glad you are happy with the customer service because I can't stand bad customer service and refuse to give nothing other than the best customer service for our members.

I have the same issue. I great support from Broke Straight Boys Always have. I usually email Chuck but I have to log in every time on my iPad. Now. I used to not have to. He told me I need to clear cookies and start over but if I do. Then I have to renter all the crap for my banks and other sites. And it’s just not worth it to me. Broke Straight Boys also times out now which it didn’t before. I think people thought I was on 24/7 because I just kept a browser window open all the time but now after a couple of hours or so it times out and I have to re long in.

I have the same issue on my Windows 10 Internet Explorer pc with the site never "remembering" me. Is there any way to get it to work, short of using another browser? The issue is not the end of the world if I can't fix it. But it would save me an extra step of getting into the site. And that would be nice. haha

But disregarding this, for someone who was born 70 years before computers became common, and who is trying to figure out things with a 90 year old mind, I need some help from figuring out how to communicate with Broke Straight Boys I did it this way, and thank God for the for the wonderful site owner who told me how to do it. I still had a VERY hard time following his directions and I still got it done. Thanks very much, Broke Straight Boys

But disregarding this, for someone who was born 70 years before computers became common, and who is trying to figure out things with a 90 year old mind, I need some help from figuring out how to communicate with Broke Straight Boys I did it this way, and thank God for the for the wonderful site owner who told me how to do it. Seeing the same issue on iOS on my iPhone. Been happening for months now, just never said anything since it was such a non issue, but I have tried clearing my cookies and cache to no avail.

I have the issue also. I have to re log in constantly. I used to just keep a window open and I was always logged in. I am a member of another site built in the exact same platform as Broke Straight Boys It still works the way Broke Straight Boys used to. I stay logged in or if I close the window it remembers me.

It started happening after my membership lapsed and I didn’t realize it so I had to re join. The site never worked the same. But it may not have had anything to do with it. Maybe it’s a security update of some kind. I’ve noticed other sites have gotten way more secure with nocking you off and doing the I’m not a robot thing. Etc. I’m pretty sure it’s some security update. I know old members who don’t have this problem. It’s something about having re joined etc.
