Tampa has this problem usually after he has posted a number of times. He seems to solve it by just waiting a few hours or a day and then trying again. He may have some thoughts on this issue as well.

Yes. This has happened to me many times in the past. Usually I give it several hours or most of the day before trying again. Sometimes I've found that logging off and shutting down my computer and then coming back in to the forum will sove the problem. But not always. The forum software can be a fickle mistress (or master) sometimes. lol
