I figured I'd start off with some softball questions before we all test the limits of what's too personal for you. haha If anyone asks a question that's too personal for you, please don't be offended. Just pick and choose the questions you're willing to answer and ignore the ones you aren't.

Since you say that you don't like many meals with a lot of meat in them...what are some of your favorite meals to eat or prepare? Do you like meatless lasagna, baked ziti or other Italian pasta dishes? What foods with meat do you like to eat sometimes? Do you like chicken as opposed to beef?

On the Latin side, what are some of your favorite dishes there? Do you like Paella or other seafood dishes? Or do you consider that to be too much meat also? Do you like black beans and rice, flan, or café con leche? When eating rice with Cuban food or other Latin dishes do you prefer white rice or yellow rice?

i love a very meaty lasagna but i only eat lasagna like once every couple months so its fine.. the taste of the meat is hidden by the sauces and cheese and the starch of the noodles so i enjoy lasagna alot. BAKED ZITI IS MY FAVE!!!! penne alla vodka is a close second i love telapia and mahi mahi fish>chicken >beef is the order of meat i like. as far as meals with meat.. ill take some gumbo with extra pulled pork in it =].

latin side of things!! i recently had paella its delicious .. i grew up in an italian setting though so i make more dishes italian then spanish same with how i eat. i love pinones y pianono straight from the island! i love red beans and rice black beans only with my gumbo i dislike flan b.c i hate sweets ! yuck! i take my coffee straight up black no sugar no milk no cream nothing. as i said i dislike sweets i prefer rice of color b.c there is more nutrients in it. and ive neever eaten cuban foods

Wow. Thanks for answering all that Flint! Living in Florida there are Cuban and Latin food restaurants all over. I'm also a fan of all the Italian dishes. I love baked ziti also. It doesn't matter to me if there is meat in the sauce or not. I actually prefer it without meat. I like really good baked ziti. Not the mediocre to terrible stuff you find in food courts at the mall. haha

When you get to Ibiza, be sure to try the paella there in in Spain. The best paella I've ever had was in Madrid.
