Lilo got this message when he logged in. Anybody know what this means? He says he doesn't download them, he just watches them, also he says that his membership dues come out tomorrow.

It happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I do not download either, just watch. I didn't entirely understand it, but the tech people said something to the effect of: too many people had the same PW. They slightly reconfigured my PW and fixed it pretty quickly.

Or maybe it was my user name they had to change. Anyway, Chuck and Ted dealt with it efficiently.

I had that a month or 2 ago I went over the GB limit/mo. Never knew I had a limit. They reset something but I try not to use HD and I use less each time I stream Haven't had the problem yet. But when the redid the monthly files on HSBoys you cant pick a speed.

Hi Beth
I have had a few problems myself (not the brightest kid on the block ) but I went to the support center on top of page.
When your there go to top of page again.(press make a request ) fill it all in.Says make a comment.Tell them your problem
as best you can,They will send you a ticket number in your email.Then you can go back and keep track if they got it or not.
If you see they got it you will know they are working on it.It may take a while.But if you put in all the information they
will try and help you.Ted and Chuck helped me at least 4 times and they were real nice about it.

If you don't hear back from them do it again.Give it a hour or so.Before doing it again.You will get help.Make sure you
put your right email address in.

Blast it, Lilo. You returned before I was even able to respond to your query by saying I have no idea how to rectumfy your problem. LOL
It would not have mattered anyway. I was out house-shopping today to find one I can convert into a studio complex for my own shoots.
Regardless, I am pleased as punch you are back and chirping away. I have enjoyed all your posts! And for what it is worth, Chuck from BluMedia has always been on top of problems we encounter, and he is astute about fixing them to our ultimate satisfaction. No one can take this away from him, just as no one can take Johnny's improved direction and filming prowess away from him.
