Has Gino moved on?

And these bottomed one time on Broke Straight Boys to my knowledge. I would have preferred zero times.

It seems like most of the time, we respect the guys performing and we are hiring but they don't respect us in return. I don't say anything to the particular guys but it does bother me, but I keep it to myself so thank you for letting me vent....
I appreciate your honesty, and we have actually witnessed this.
Kace Axel comes to mind when I think of his solo. He only committed to a solo on his first trip to the Broke Straight Boys house because he wanted to “think about it”. He gave this story about how he had an affair with the babysitter and that he’d only done minimal things with a guy. At the end of his solo, Sha asked what he thought about doing a scene with a model, and Kace said he still needed to think about it. Kace did return to the house a few more times and topped and bottomed in some scenes. In his first couple of bottom scenes, Sha would ask how he felt about bottoming for the first time, and Kace said he was slowly getting used to it. Blah, blah, blah. 6 months later a member comments on the forum that Kace Axel has previous experience under a different name, Michi Coxx. Sure enough, there is a video out there of a skinny Michi Coxx (Kace Axel) admitting on camera that he is gay and actually considers himself a bottom. There’s also the Matt Moss story of him telling you, David, that he had never bottomed before and then you found out he had and you called him out on it.
All of this goes back to what I said before that these newer models are just getting smarter in their ways to pull one over on everyone. I don’t doubt at all that you (David) or Sha or Mark do your very best to check out and investigate these people and try to bring the best talent available. I can understand that it frustrates and bothers you.....hell it would piss me off too.
I liked Gino, but the fact that he says he felt uncomfortable when you asked about the kissing. Give me a fucking break....what the fuck did he think he was going to film at a site called Broke Straight Boys? I can understand being reluctant for 1 or 2 scenes, but get with the program. There has to be progression or else we’re just seeing the same scene over and over with different partners. I’ve said it before, straight guys will make out at a party if they’re dared by other girls that will do the same, and this guy won’t kiss for money? He’s just holding out for more money. And then he goes off and gang bangs for Fraternity X? Nah, give him the boot. LOL. I’m kidding....but seriously, the cats out of the bag, so if he returns to Broke Straight Boys is he just going to continue doing the same scene every time?
I don’t mind straight guys or bi guys with some restrictions. I never expect anyone to bottom if that’s not their thing, but the rest shouldn’t be negotiable at all after 3 scenes.

I agree with you....well said!

I wish Gino nothing but the best. As I've stated before in a post regarding Ethan, I just don't feel comfortable in requiring models to bottom if they insist on not doing so. However a model with a shopping list of demands should perhaps consider cam work.

Tampa, you and I have gone through this countess times in the past, but I must remind you again that the entire audience of Broke Straight Boys doesn't necessarily have the same sensibilities as you do when it comes to straight guys on Broke Straight Boys When a straight guy doesn't want to kiss or give oral or be fucked, I don't see that as his being "lazy and having a poor work ethic" or feel your "frustration of seeing some of the antics of very uncooperative guys who act shocked that they are being asked to do gay stuff on camera." You also ask, "Did you really think you were going to get paid big bucks over a few days just to jack off and grudgingly allow yourself to get nothing but hand jobs or blowjobs? With no touching of another guy expected by yourself at all?"

From my perspective I see that kind of behavior that you see as a negative to me as being hot, and those are the kind of guys that I originally came to Broke Straight Boys to watch. And keep in mind that every director from David, Clay, Johnny Robins, Damien Christopher to Sha and back to David, does Skype interviews and phone chats with these guys before they ever show up and both the director and the model discuss their limitations and what is and what is not expected of them on set.

And especially guys who are invited back after their initial shoot weeks and still will not do the things that you want to see. There is a wide audience out there who search for gay porn sites with "straight" guys and Mark and Sha and David are aware that what pleases one audience member may displease another. I think it is unfair to paint the entire audience of this site over the years with a broad stroke of the brush, and to assume that WE ALL feel the same way as you do about this subject.

I don’t mind straight guys or bi guys with some restrictions. I never expect anyone to bottom if that’s not their thing, but the rest shouldn’t be negotiable at all after 3 scenes.

Dearest Mikey and others,

It is not my intention to re-hash previous differences over particular straighter models of the site from the past. As my post from earlier was already running long I didn't want to go deeper into a few more paragraphs. (Even if it meant a little more clarity of where I was going.) I know my own attention span for reading lengthy posts will vary. So I try my best to put a paragraph stop, and not write 500 word essays that fewer people are likely to take the time to read. haha But anyhoo... As I said in my post, they are my own opinions and others are welcome to disagree and have different opinions of their own. We all know and love people in our lives who don't see everything just like we do. And thank goodness we're not all mindless clones of each other. :)

In response to your post though I can say that what Jay wrote above applies to my belief as well. I have been willing to let models I especially like progress more slowly beyond a set number of like 3 scenes. But I think we all know what he's saying, regardless of whatever particular number of a scenes he pulls out of the hat. I am fine with some models who prefer not to bottom. But for me that is a tinier minority that I'm willing to tolerate than it would be for others. I fully acknowledge that.

Everyone who has known me for a while in here knows of my near obsession with Diesal and even Tank Shane. They were both on the straighter side of the spectrum and I loved them both. I did not whine or complain that they arrived with lots of restrictions and limitations. I truly appreciated and enjoyed their work very much. I am very grateful that they were not pushed to do everything in the gay playbook within their first 5 or 6 scenes. The slower progression of having a straight or straight-er model who is pushing his own boundaries at his own pace can be refreshingly hot and suspenseful. You can go into his next scene wondering, "Will he, or won't he?" "Is he going to suck a dick today or is he going to make us wait a little longer to get our reward?"

Do I wish David or Clay had pushed (for instance) either Diesal or Tank Shane into getting spit-roasted and acting like whores of Babylon within their first 5 scenes? Absolutely not! I'm glad their feelings were respected. I'm glad they could progress with gay sex at a slower pace that would not damage their self-esteem or send them into an emotional crisis of self-loathing.

So no. I have no objection to models showing up with a few limitations and boundaries. Even with bottoming. With some models I can totally let it slide that they prefer to never bottom. (As long as I really like them and I can see they are going out of their way in other ways to keep us happy.) Like Ethan for example. But I do have a big problem with the ones who have lots of "limitations" and engage in either acting out on set, getting rude with their director, getting rude with audience, shifting most of the actual work onto their coworkers (fellow models) and still expecting to get paid the big bucks for doing very little for said paying audience.

Jay's point is a slight variation of the same general theme I addressed earlier. The specific kind of scenario Jay is upset about is one we've actually seen several times before. (Not that we are any less upset each time it happens though.) That being where a new model shows up and plays the straight card with all kinds of limitations, personal sexual boundaries, etc. Asks for space, time and respect for his sexual boundaries as a straight or straight-er man. Yada, yada. The director goes out of his way to accommodate and respect those boundaries, and actually lets him get away with doing less than his scene partners. (All with the plan that he will hopefully get the model to do more further down the road.) Then it comes to light that he has a social media presence where he is gay and has a partner of several years. Or it comes out that he has done prior work on other gay websites where he went much further in his onscreen work than he was ever willing to do on Broke Straight Boys Or it comes out that both are true. That he is totally gay and out...and has previously done work for other gay websites before Broke Straight Boys where he has held nothing back onscreen at all. That is obviously quite frustrating (to say the least) for everyone involved.

It's also frustrating when they leave Broke Straight Boys after listing all kinds of limitations and red lines they wouldn't cross while over here, and then immediately go to another gay site afterwards where they act like a sex-starved whore in heat. haha As I say, even as just members here, we have (practically) seen it all in here. I can only imagine some of the horror stories people like David, Mark, Sha and others behind the scenes could tell of dealing with certain models and dysfunctional situations. It might take a 12 pack or a truth serum. But the stories they could tell I'm sure would be fascinating and full of dark humor. haha

Additionally, I really dislike Fraternity X. Of course that's my personal opinion. It's violent, LOUD, camera jerks constantly all over the place. I feel like I need a valium it gets my nerves so frayed. Thats all! LOL

Agreed, camera work is shitty there and I'm not one for the continual degrading talk. Plus the Matthew Keading drugged r@pe scene, just was a hell no for me. There are some lines that should never be crossed, even in a fantasy porn scene.

It sounds like I'm not missing much. If I need to take even a half valium before bedtime just to get over processing what's supposed to be entertainment...I think I'll pass. haha

Well the Fraternity X and sketchysex sites are really hardcore. Whether a lot of it is fake or not, it is portrayed to the viewers as full on gang bang, cum dump, raunchy bareback sex. All of the scenes have trash on the ground and beer cans everywhere. The models are smoking pot in a lot of the scenes.
I consider Clay’s sites just a slight step down from FX and SS.

Wow. And that last part is saying something if Clay's site is softer core in comparison.

Again you are not replying to my main point that you cannot project your own taste into what a gay for pay model should be doing onto the entire audience. To say that these straight gay for pay guys are "doing very little for said paying audience", is not the case for everyone, especially me. And management obviously recognizes that a portion of the audience gets off on straight guys with a "cocky" attitude being a turn-on for some of us.

Ultimately the decision of who to invite back is in the hands of Mark and his team, as he is not in the charity business of giving away money to workers who do not bring back returns to the company. From the examples I pictured Jonny Cox appeared in seven partnered scenes, Ashton Taylor in nine, Shane in fifteen, Ethan sixteen and Mike R in thirty-three. With the exception of Shane and Mike doing it only once each in part of a scene, these guys were all straight exclusive tops on the site.

I would encourage David, Mark & Sha to keep looking for these inexperienced straight guys like Gino and like Ethan Steel who don't necessarily want to get fucked and that is more than okay with me. :thumbup1:

I'm right there with you. :) In fact one of my favorite straight models of recent memory (besides Ethan) is Elijah Scott. :thumbup1:

Here is my view point and my experience. It all depends on the guy applying and which guy gets accepted to film with our studio. They come in all different types of attitudes. I am on team "straightboy or boys that are new and straight acting" but in today's world its a tall order since sexuality has changed over the years. I do agree with Jay and Tampa that when we get boys here and put up restrictions, we have the mentality to respect there wishes and it does piss us off when they come from or go to another site and give it there all.

We don't tell the guys to play it down, we tell them to let there hair down and give me a great performance and stay true to your story and life experiences. For me as the "voice behind the camera", I disclose if the guy is gay, straight, bisexual...or gay4pay or whatever they consider themselves and its up to the particular guy to disclose his truth on camera. We do disclose if they have a social media account, we disclose if they did work prior or if the guy is brand new to filming.

For example, this week we are filming Broke Straight Boys Two of the guys are brand new to filming and appearing on Broke Straight Boys and this will be there first time filming with anyone. The other two are return models that have appeared on Broke Straight Boys prior. The return guys we know...but the new ones we don't and although I would love to do the solo scenes, the oral scene and then the hardcore scenes...that style of filming for Broke Straight Boys doesn't not work anymore with most of the members of this site.

All I can say is if we do find a new straighter acting guy and film them doing a solo then oral then hardcore, time you see them doing hardcore scene, they will be appearing on another site doing everything under the sun...I think the solve this issue is that when management decides to go back to having 3X updates a week, we can then have the new straighter guy or gay4pay guy start with a solo, then oral and hardcore..but for now with the once a week update, we have to go for the hardcore scenes and strike while the iron is hot.

For now, what I know...Broke Straight Boys is going to continue updating once a week because we also have to take into account with the virus and flights and housing X amount of models and such...so we have another spoke in the wheel we have to deal with when it comes to production. I think once this virus goes away, Broke Straight Boys will be back doing 3X a week and then perhaps we can do the solo, oral and hardcore in one week with the newer guys that never appeared on a site before.

That sounds very reasonable David. The slower progression really works for the audience in normal times. It builds up the anticipation. So it's not just useless filler. But as you allude to, with only one update per week it's a tall order to keep members happy if you throw in just solos or just blowjob scenes. Once we have the luxury of bringing bunches of guys back to film, and get more updates going, then even Broke Straight Boys world can get back to some semblance of normalcy. :)
