Rick & I wish all of you a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Please remember how blessed we all are to have the friends, family and support in our lives. We all need to stop and count our blessings more often and to let all of those you love in life, know and feel just how important they are to you!

Thanks for having turkey in our honour Jon!!! Don't let your mum catch you stuffing it!! To respect your traditions, I spelled honor correctly for you! LOL

Ricky and I are having a quiet Thanksgiving at the apartment. It's a great ocean front place but the kitchen is tiny. The oven is the size of a bread box so no roast turkey for us. I am grilling some killer steaks with Idaho baked taters, a mango salsa I make from scratch and a homemade pumpkin pie, courtesy of my flight instructors wife. Life is good! Rick and I don't eat much red meat so this is a treat!

I hope you (and all my American friends) had a happy American Thanksgiving. Tends to be a much bigger deal than it is in Canada, but it is always a good thing to be thankful for friends, family, and all the good things one enjoys in life.
