We've explored the world of gay video porn, and I was reminded of some of the gay magazines that I used to purchase for "adult entertainment". Here are a few covers of some of the more notable titles. What were your favorites????

Most man who ever posed for the magazine were straight! The magazine was released from 1997 to 2013. Only in 2003 an openly bi model was the magazine's cover. Before that they were all straight. Most of them were soccer players, Singers dancers or actors.

I have never seen a man naked and I was really curious to see it. When the magazine was release and my biggest idol was on the cover I knew I had to see it...

I was never interested in porn of any kind... I don't like the fake screaming of straight porn. The BSB TV caught my interest and I started looking for gay porn. Men are always more beautiful in gay porn... And I like they treat each other... I don't know how to explain it, but they treat each other with respect... It doesn't happen in straight porn. A man dominating a girl is very common... A man dominating other man is very hot...

I've told you this before Bart in a private message, I believe. My first real close forum friend was a married woman, (separated at the time) named Ms.Kianna who told me that she liked gay porn for the exact same reason, particularly hating the "fake screaming" by the women in straight porn, and also being into the passion in gay porn. Her favorite performer at the beginning was Jimme Slater and his scenes with Diesal. Interesting that you both see that the same way. I hate to generalize, but it is apparently a "female" thing.

I can really see your point and it makes perfect sense. Thank you for sharing this. I’m certainly glad you are here and it’s nice to have a woman’s perspective. One of my first pretty good friends on here was Beth who was also a lady. She was great on here and I miss her. There is kind of a funny thing I’ve noticed that straight guys will often mess with a guy if a girl is watching them and telling them to. For some reason that gives them the mental reason to go for it. I guess it’s kind of the reverse of straight guys watching girls.

I think it’s very hot that the big soccer player was on the gay magazine cover. Was there ever any news that he was gay or bi or did they just pay him a lot to let gay guys look at him? I think some straight guys are flattered that gays want them.

Anyway I loved the tv show and the Old behind the scenes stories. I hope they will do more behind the scenes.

So was it worth the wait Bart? Did you totally drool over the nude pictures of a favorite football player? Or were you kind of freaked out over seeing a nude grown man at 13 years old?

Though as I think about it, if you had a boyfriend of 18...that ship might already have sailed. haha

Well, Tampa... It was a little disappointing. Not because of him, because he was gorgeous (and still is!). But my first reaction to what I saw was 'Huh... This is weird.'. But like you said, I had an 18 yo boyfriend, so soon after that I saw the male body right in front of me... Gorgeous!!! Lol

I see you are a story reader as am I. I would buy it every month and they had other publications like letters and special issues. But that all ended for me when I got my first computer and discovered Nifty.org and all the free stories available. I still love to read stories, "believably" true stories about "believably straight" guys. I finally threw away my collection of First Hand a few years ago when I realized I could read hotter stuff on line to get off.

I do enjoy Nifty sometimes. The downside for me is that it is mostly fictional stories. Very difficult to find true stories on there. Or at least believably true.

As far as I know First Hand has gone out of business for the same reason that most gay movie theaters have closed down, as the internet can give us the same thing and better in the privacy of our own homes largely for free.

And as the years went by, the more I read the "true" stories in First Hand and all their related magazines, the more I realized that they were largely fiction, often written in a very similar style to lead me to believe that they had a staff of writers, or paid contributors from around the country writing their "true" stuff. And I do find stuff on Nifty, Literotica, Men on the Net, Reddit, JustUsBoys, (a free site owned by Mark of Broke Straight Boys) and other sites where I can tell that people are sometimes relating true experiences which are the greatest turn on for me, rather than fiction.

That’s great to know. I used to subscribe to a couple of porn clubs that had mostly text news letters with “true” stories by members. They were very hot. One was from Mans Hand Films that was centered on the spanking fetish. There were also a few magazines that you could but with porn stories and personal adds with pictures of guys and a few girls all over the country. They woukd often list what they were into and I just loved reading those although I never hooked up with any of them.
