I wondered the same thing, and physically he does not look like someone who has been through strenuous training and rigorous daily exercise, marching, drills and such. I suspect that if he was truly in the military that he is now done and out? I would also be concerned about doing porn -- gay porn at that -- and still being in active service. I know that topic was already discussed when he first appeared, although I cannot recall the outcome of what the legalities of it is now, but even if he wouldn't get in trouble with the military for doing gay porn I would think it would make his life hell if his fellow soldiers found out (or he would be the most popular boy in the barracks!!!).

I can overlook the flabbiness because after basic and AIT he could have been assigned a desk job or driven a military vehicle of some kind...happened to me. When I was transferred overseas, I was assigned to the United States Army Headquarters Europe in Heidelberg, Germany and my superior officer got me out of all that exercising bullshit. And I got flabby, especially drinking all that German beer and eating their great foods.

Mike is right, it is the "new army". With gays/lesbians now openly serving in the military, I'm not sure how the military views their members performing in gay porn. I, personally, don't see a problem with it and I think it would result as a living hell with some and popular with others.
