With respect to the Taco Bell video, two comments:

1. One too many hits on the bong - shouldn't have been driving.

2. It is not funny to the person on the other side of the ordering system when customers act like jerks!

I can tell you from personal experience (I worked the McDonald's drive-thru for years), you just have to go with the flow; some customers are jerks, but if I had you in my line, I'd just play along. I used to have repeat customers that would come up on nights that I worked just to joke with me...ah, the good ol' days.:thumbup:
