Experiencing problems playing older scenes on BSB

I spoke to my computer doctor, Dr. Repareur and I told him that I was still unable to view the scenes on my ipad while he was able to. He suggested I clear all the sites that were open on the ipad but "flicking" them until they disappeared. Then he told me to shut the ipad off with the power plugged in, and when it restarted, Viola! The scenes play so now I can view at my desk or on my ipad. Thank you Dr. Repareur!

Glad you got it figured out. I always try different browsers when I'm having an issue then restart to see if that fixes the issue.

That explains the ipad issue but I am pleasantly surprised that the google chrome started working today after months of it not working without downloading. There were several other members on this thread who also said they could not stream scenes with chrome. I am curious if their issue has been resolved as well.
