I met Ethan for the first time in February. I think I was expecting someone that would be cocky and someone I wouldn't like. I must say Ethan was very down to earth, polite and a bit quirky. I really liked him and I honestly wasn't expecting that. He does have a girlfriend and is straight so this is where there is a line for him and members complain but here you have an actual Broke Straight Boys So the comments on him really confuse me. This is why it is so hard to really know what members want. The site is called Broke Straight Boys so do you guys actually want straight guys that have limits on what they would do? James is another one that has a girlfriend and I would say is bisexual but prefers women.

As far as I'm concerned you can show all the Ethan's you want....That is the reason I joined your site....I understand that there will be a mix of "Straightness" among the guys you bring in, but what has always set you apart from the other sites, at least in the beginning was the "straight" factor of the guys....
I can find 100's of sites with Gay guys on it, but your site for the most part has featured somewhat believable straight guys, which is what I grew up on, "Having sex with horny, high and drunk straight guys"....Growing up in Redneckville, there were not many gay guys around, so I would pick up that horny buzzed straight guy from the local bars and have crazy hot sex....and I still love that to this day !!!!

I'm glad Ethan is back, too. I thought the scene was awesome, though I do agree with some that some of the vocals were a little overdone; however, that bothered me not in the least as I was totally into the scene. I do like the mostly-straight boys even with their limitations. The prospect of seeing a truly straight boy do as much as he can on "the other side" is why I also came here; however I don't want to see anyone put into a position where they have to violate a hard limit they have set just in order to make a paycheck. Granted, if they won't do even the most basic of gay sex actions, I can see where they would not be right for the site. But, anal is something not all gay men are into, so it makes sense that this would be maybe the hardest act to accept for a straight person. Like at lease one other member, I like Ethan's cocky attitude and "it's all about me" personality. I like that trait in my interactions with straight guys - I like the ones that want things their way. Regarding Calhoun, how can you go wrong? He is in a different category than the other current models for me. And regardless of scores, those of us who love him have every right to sing his praises, just as his detractors have the same right to put him down. But to my taste, Ethan is a ray of shining light among the current Broke Straight Boys models. To my way of thinking, he perfectly represents what a Broke Straight Boys should be.

I am not disputing that the last scene he did has a high score, or though I suspect that has more to do with Calhoun than Ethan, we will have to wait for his next scene to see if this is consistent. And you are right you have every right to praise him . However the comments lately are becoming more and more sycophantic in tone and you are in danger of putting him on a pedal stool to which he may not be able to live up to expectations. There are other models that deserve equal amounts of praise that I don't see getting as much attention as Ethan lately.

I never thought he needed to bottom necessarily, but I did say that I thought he should at least be rimmed by his partner, and he did that and reciprocated in this scene. You have to give credit to someone for doing something they’ve never done, especially if they’ve been critiqued so harshly for it. Otherwise, Ethan is sitting at home reading negative comments all over again, and he’s thinking, “why did I even bother doing that if they weren’t even going to appreciate it?” I think Ethan is probably the straightest model currently on Broke Straight Boys So many times the members score these guys low because they want them to knock it out of the park immediately. I’m still not over my hurt for Elijah Scott. I have mad, MAD love for him. Totally straight, but wasn’t “gay” enough for everybody to stick around. I felt like he was one that should’ve been given a second chance to expand. I think as long as Broke Straight Boys is scheduling scenes with a variety of guys and not so many back to backs like we got with John Henry and Marcus Rivers, it’s possible for everybody to be happy.
