That was either a small or a medium sized pizza box. But unfortunately Jon, if it's a large pizza from a specialty pizza shop, with lots of toppings, once you add on the delivery charge...it's likely to be in the $20 range or higher. (Especially with the tip for the deliver guy) You can still find some decent pizzas here in the U.S. that will cost somewhere in the $5-$10 range. But to get that price you have to go a pizza chain store and pick up the pizza yourself.
