Speaking only for myself, I don’t have the interest or patience to go through a thread with hundreds of pictures a day and thousands a week. For me after a dozen or so stills, I become desensitized and lose interest. I believe in the old adage of less often being more. But that is only me. You asked why I find Mark’s selected hot guys worth looking at, rather than other daily threads, and that is my answer. For those who enjoy your threads, more power to them and to you! Every human being is individual and has their own sensibilities and I can only speak to mine.

That is true, but also keep in mind that the number of views includes the same people who look at the pictures over and over and also includes me when I click on the thread to clear my browser for unread or new posts. But I’m sure there are other folks who never post who do view them as well.
