Customer service at an all time low but not at BluMedia

I can't stand bad customer service it drives me nuts. It seems like everyone has horrible customer service these days. My friend had dropped his car off at Mercedes yesterday and can't get a hold of anyone to even inquire about the status of his vehicle. So yea customer service is horrible in so many places you don't even expect. Well that is not the case at BluMedia. If anyone needs anyone at anytime they can even contact me here directly. You can also click support center on the top right of the members area, tour pages. I don't hide the support links like most sites and I am talking about porn sites and normal everyday sites you use. How easy it is to get a hold of someone if you have a billing issues or heaven forbid you have to chat with someone lol. If us you can also call our credit card processors for any billing issues and you can also contact myself here for any billing issues. If you have a technical issue same thing. You won't days to get a response and never should. You will usually hear from someone within a few hours and sometimes even minutes.

Here is a sneaky thing i do! I have five rent boys i use. When i feel the urge i broadcast each boy at the same time! My text line "are you free now'? Whoever text back first gets the pot of gold. Record response time 93 seconds to heaven forbid, two days! I guess you can call this customer/client service.

If you can afford it, and they are trustworthy and good at what they do, more power to you. It’s nothing new. In fact it’s the “world’s oldest profession”. :001_smile:
 
In terms of customer service, why is it that you can't just cancel your subscription without going through someone from the organization? Is it just to try to get people to change their minds about unsubscribing?

I think it is very easy to cancel. We have different processors and different way people can join our site so we have different places where customers cancel. This is why we have a ticket system so we can look each customer up in the appropriate system to get them cancelled or whatever the case may be and that is usually the tool we use to communicate customer service wise. Each of our processors also have 24 hour telephone support which is better support than most of your major everyday companies you use. You can also PM me and I can assist you with whatever you need as well.

I actually canceled the day I signed up. I got an annual subscription, but am too unstable monetarily to just have a random charge hit a year from now. If I am financially stable, I will probably re-up (and cancel the same day again).

I truly mean it Treb. The forum had gotten very stale in recent times with very little discussions going on. Both you and Wombat have recently joined the forum and a few others have recently been a breath of fresh air here and I’d sure hate to lose your presence here. Glad to hear your not leaving anytime soon. :thumbup1:

I am lucky our HOA levied to get better internet so I can call the bulk number and they answer right away. It is so nice to get good customer service but most companies you are waiting and waiting and the voice prompts makes me want to throw myself face down in my pool. :ROFLMAO:

I have been waiting for days to get a response from customer service. frustrating
