Current Update Issue

Mark or someone know what is happening with the "Preston, Mike & Jordan" episode.
It seems to be cutting off. When that happens, the film goes back to the beginning and runs short a time, then quits.

I just got done watching the 512 version and it was fine.

I just tried watching the episode prior to this one, and it ran for about 2 minutes and did the same thing.
I asked Jon, my partner and he seen what was going on and said that the windows media player is working fine.
When I first signed on earlier, I was able to watch one of the videos on ABFT with no problem.
This is aggravating.

This sounds like an issue with your internet connection. I would try to right click the video link and download it. This may help with the connection issue because it will download it all and save it to your computer. You might also want to try viewing it in segments and not the full video.

From my old days of working at Gateway, you could try to reboot everything. Turn it all off, Computer, router, modem the works and then trun it back on.

Hi Gary,
I presume from your message that you do not have any error message the video just stops?
When the video is running you have asliding at the bottom of tje video. This represents the duration of the total video and the sliding bar is how far into the video you are. If you hold the mouse over the bar it changes from a pointy arrow to a hand. If you move the hand half way along the bar and left click on the mouse the video should skip forward to half way into the video. I am pretty sure this will not happen. It means you have a corrupted copy (nothing to do with a virus!).
As Mark suggested it has to do with your internet connection. Are you shaped at the moment? This is where your internet speed has been slowed. What is your download speed? A low download speed has more chance of not downloading fully. The 512 version is good to download.
