Thank you Robbie820 for digging up that treasure from the vault. Although I suppose I've watched or at least glanced at all of the BSB1 scenes as they were released, I certainly don't remember all and this was a classic look at the classic scenario of a believably straight boy being "duped" into having a gay encounter on video. Jon, I understand that many folks here do not care if a model is truly gay, or if he has appeared on other sites prior to Broke Straight Boys I know that list includes yourself, Ambi, Peter, johnny, Betu, Beth, Benben and probably most of the forum. And for me it's not a matter of "principle" or "integrity" when a model lies, but instead it is a matter of what gives me a "boner". My reason for initially gravitating toward Broke Straight Boys as a source of sexual pleasure is because of my fetish of getting excited watching hot young guys who I can believe are basically straight engaging in gay sex. That scenario turns me on and I can get off to guys like that. That is what a fetish is all about.
The Merriam-Webster on line dictionary defines "fetish" as

a : an object (as a small stone carving of an animal) believed to have magical power to protect or aid its owner; broadly : a material object regarded with superstitious or extravagant trust or reverence

And so when speaking of the recently introduced and "exposed" Jake Tipton, the knowledge that he appeared on another gay website and was anally penetrated on that site interferes with the "real or fantasied presence that is psychologically (necessary) for my sexual gratification" from a model on Broke Straight Boys It has nothing to do with if he did the "right thing" or told a little white lie or a big lie, and his future employment on the site is up to management and I do not care either way, for there are many more models here who do not interest me than models who do, and I understand that my fetish for believably straight guys is in a minority, even among membership of this site.
But in the case of Tommy, he appeared as a Broke Straight Boys in 2007 and if in 2014 he now appears on College Dudes, a site where straight or gay is not an issue. I see Tommy as a totally opposite situation from Jake. Just as David Adamson told us in his final days on the forum reflecting back on the boys he directed, that Tank Shane had later become bisexual and had a gay lover. I think that is sweet, and has nothing to do with the "Tank Shane" who visited the futon many times, before he admitted to himself that he enjoys sex with guys.
My belief is that ALL guys who appear on Broke Straight Boys, other than a few who did a solo and decided that they could do no more, are at least incidentally gay or bisexual, but may not admit it to themselves at the time of their initial scenes, and that is what makes the difference to me.

This is a very normal, natural pattern and progression for guys who discover they can make money by having sex on camera, much as in any other industry, when the job ends with one employer they look for work "down the street".
Yes it is interesting to follow our Broke Straight Boys after they have moved on from Broke Straight Boys, and I am interested too in following their career progression, but again this is totally opposite for me than a model who comes to Broke Straight Boys, saying they have never had sex with a guy before and was never on any other site before, and then we discover that he has had a previous career as a gay for pay model elsewhere.

If I may offer my "point of view" at the risk of sounding "Hyper Critical" or Knowing all things; Based on the amount of scenes that I have viewed on other sites, both, before and after staying with Broke Straight Boys; I believe that there was a time, (which I will call a transitional period) where, a great number of the models during the Broke Straight Boys-1 to the Broke Straight Boys-2 period of time were (in my opinion) already in the business, had done scenes (even if only a few) for other sites, perhaps even while being featured on Broke Straight Boys It didn't seem to be an issue and the presentation of these models (again in my opinion) was different. The emphasis didn't seem to be as it is today on whether or not they had done work but, that they were in need of money. Based on my observations, some of the models were open to "exploration" experimentation with "another dude" and on occasion, it would be disclosed as part of their presentation, that they had some experience. As time went on, it seemed to become more of a focus to the Broke Straight Boys premise, that I noticed a change in the guys who appeared as models. Most had "not" done work prior but, some still openly were; curious or had an experience in real life. Since then, there have even been a very few, who've done work prior. The attempt to keep the models as "fresh, new" not seen before...became the new challenge for the site. And (to me) that is where we are now! Will we have guys who decide that they are more inclined towards guy/guy sex? More than likely! Will there be guys who are predominantly attracted to women? More than likely! Has there been an increase in the amount of young guys getting into this business over the past 8 years or so? I certainly think there has!

Ambivalent, Jon, I must have messed up somewhere in the start of the thread or in text I typed or in the interpretation of your response. Being new to the site, I have made it apart of my time here to go back to the early days and watch some incredible videos that are really 180 degrees different from the ones of today. While viewing the posted video of Tommy, I was taken by the Cheshire Cat tattoo on his right chest. While viewing the latest video on College Boys Physicals of James, I was taken by the Cheshire Cat tattoo on his right chest. I thought to myself, two Cheshire Cat tattoos on the right chest of two men with different names on two different porn sites obviously connected together some way had to really be a connection. (Do you think I wanted to emphasise the verb to connect here?)
I guess my second thought on this matter is where I screwed up because I thought that this connection might be of some interest on the forum seeing how a younger Tommy looked in his older years. That's all there is to my post. I don't care a rat's ass (get the connection with the Cheshire Cat?) if James is his middle name or if it along with Tommy are both stage names. Mikeyank: I have to say, I've never actually seen the Dictionary explanation of Fetish before, only other people's perspective of what "defines" a fetish. I must say, it gave me a deeper appreciation for what a fetish is, how better it relates to your pleasures, and it clearly clarifies (which I already felt) that I don't have any! Actually I think your powers of observation are very good as it took me a long time to associate the Tommy of old and James from College Boy Physicals.
