Just FYI there is a little commercial at the end of all the newer scenes and I wanted to explain why. Basically a lot of our content is pirated so when it does get pirated it makes more work for them or they may not even notice the end commercial so at least they know what site the content is from and maybe they might come join the site. Thanks for your understanding.

Makes sense to me.

I’m curious. If people are stealing the scene to release on other sites, wouldn’t the person stealing the scene have to be a member? (One of us)

That makes sense to me. If somebody is (unfortunately) going to join the site with the intention of posting full scenes on other sites...then it makes sense to at least let other viewers know exactly which site these pirated scenes have come from. Maybe from a bad and shady situation new paying memberships could come about.

I remember when I first joined Broke Straight Boys, my long held belief that every site has an unpredictable life span lead me to download every thing I could, so I could watch the content whenever I wanted. Like time shifting my favorite TV series. I was told there was a limit on total file size for downloads over a certain period of time.
After more than a decade, I have in my collection almost every video released by Blumedia. I found that if I wanted to download everything I would have to remain a subscriber.
Why not insert a commercial halfway into each video?

I have noticed a number of sites are starting their videos with a promotion of their years in business. At the end of each video there is a reminder that to even more you can go to their website.

a commercial halfway through we would never do. That would definitely be irritating that is why we put it at the end.

A few years ago I saw a Broke Straight Boys scene on Pornhub and asked Mark if it was pirated. He replied that Pornhub had Broke Straight Boys's permission in that particular instance.

That does not surprise me as there are a lot of studios that release cut-down videos on PornHub - Men, Next Door, Helix, etc. It makes sense. However, I am speaking of full-length scenes which are not as common but seem to be there.

Good point as the full length scenes on Pornhub are more likely to be pirated, because previews of scenes for free attracts new members to a site, but showing full length videos is giving the product away for free.
