With all due respect Peter, Im not sure guys from that era would do bareback, even with the safer than safe testing. Cousin Mikey was always safe and I respect him for that. I hope Broke Straight Boys are not trying to coerce guys to do raw scenes for the money...

I respect you for giving the models choice as I can imagine that there are other agencies out there that don't give any choice and I bet the models felt forced to do it that way. Broke Straight Boys has always been a safe agency and that's why you have such respect from the models as well as the fans I think. Dan x
I agree Dan. The money became almost a satire in the early days of BSB2 with Clay literally throwing it at the boys, but after that we no longer hear any money talk, and I do believe that it was a key element in the drama of BSB1, to discover just how much a boy would do, based on how much he was going to get paid.
But as you have told me many times, mikey, you believed all that was for show and you doubted greatly that the money sums discussed by David were actually accurate and true.

I still feel the same way Stowe, but the little drama played out on the futon was great theatre for me, and the boys and David were able to keep it believable enough to keep me excited. As I said, under Clay the throwing of the money became a satire and was boner inhibiting whereas with David, it all worked beautifully into my fetish for cute young straight guys.
I think . The change from negotiations to throwing money at the models was profound.with my straight partners it was always about benefits. Never about making anyone feel cheapened. Throwing money changed the direction of the site. I am not sure that golden age can be recaptured. I keep hoping the change will be for the better.
