Management doesn't seem to want to comment on when they moved to different studios, so I've been looking at the thumbnails on the scenes page to try to determine when they moved out of Colorado.
February 2015 is the Colorado studio.
April 2015 is in a different studio, apparently their temporary move to Florida.
And these two are May 2015.
July 2016 may be the next move, possibly to Atlanta.
This is just my assumptions based on the various sets. If someone in management wants to correct my assumptions, please do!

Broke Straight Boys is the only porn site I’ve belonged to for the past 14 years and I so thoroughly enjoy watching the week by week and year by year changes both in the models and sets and locations as well as the forum which is my true passion. But to answer your specific questions, Yes College Dudes was a subsidiary site for BluMedia, the parent company of Broke Straight Boys And no, I am not familiar with CumClub.com and do not believe that they were ever affiliated with this company.
I sure hope you become a regular contributor here Tiefer. We sure need some new blood here as the forum has been withering lately, with very few discussion threads about the models and the scenes here, both past and present. That is what made the forum great and can hopefully return it to being an interesting and fun resource to members.
