Bsb1 videos not available

AFTER POSTING A REPLY TO A THREAD ON MODELS ON College Boy Physicals AND CURRENT Broke Straight Boys SITE, i WENT BACK TO CHECK ON HOW MANY VIDEOS DERRICK HAD DONE FOR BSB1. wHEN i CLICKED ON ONE OF HIS VIDEOS WITH JAYDEN AND MIKEY, THE MESSAGE APPEARED THAT VIDEO IS NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT GIVES? I THOUGHT MEMBERS HAD ACCESS TO ALL PREVIOUS VIDEOS!

I'm not able to access any videos right now. I tried two old BSB1 videos and then tried to watched the latest Tristan & Sonny and they all say:

html5: Video file not found

so apparently there is a site problem accessing all videos right now????

It started a few days ago to a few of us using IE. At Tech Supports suggestion I switched over to another browser FireFox and that worked just fine until yesterday then I could not access anything their. You can watch all of the bonus sites. Read Thread but cannot read any of the Tweaks. All I know is Tech Support is working on it and they have been staying in touch.

Sorry about that guys.

We rolled out a new video player this morning, so those having some playback issues should all be fixed. You should be able to play all videos including BSB1. If you have any trouble again please send us a message via a ticket so we can alert our team and track patterns.

Happy to say our tech team found the issue and all is working.
