I agree with Tampa that
Broke Straight Boys overexposed him with too many scenes shown too often, as even too much ice cream or candy can give one a tummy ache, but that's not Jimmy's fault. He just got paid to do a job and always got hard and performed well.
You mean that everything we see on reality tv is not the God's honest truth? LOL You are quite right Mikey that the audience is quite often manipulated in reality tv shows to follow a certain storyline that the producers (and editors!) of the show feel would make the most interesting and compelling spoon-fed narrative. Gaining the most audience share to watch a reality show is often more important than the whole truth of what's happening with the interaction of the participants.
Having said that, just because Jimmy's failed STD test
could theoretically have been a contrived lie for the sake of a juicy storyline, doesn't mean that it definitely
was. haha Given Jimmy's huge ego and his desire to continue to work elsewhere in the industry, I can't imagine him ever actively agreeing to humiliate himself by falsely putting out there on national television that he has an STD. He would have insisted that
Broke Straight Boys add a few more zeros to his paycheck. lol To purposely humiliate himself, his live-in girlfriend and mother of his children...and jeopardize his future employment prospects in the adult film industry for the sake of a fake storyline on a tv show about a site that he has no loyalty to anymore, is not Jimmy's style.
But again. As I told Scott earlier, while I'm not Jimmy fan I also don't think he's the Anti-Christ or some mean, awful person. haha In my eyes he's not a malicious person. His worst faults (as I perceive them) are just the selfishness, self-centeredness and lack of maturity. Fortunately time and advancing age have a way of smoothing out some of those rougher edges. He probably does deal with some form of A.D.D., maybe dyslexia or some other diagnosis. I always sensed that his lack of maturity actually masked other issues along those lines.
At this point in his life though I still wouldn't ask him to babysit any nieces or nephews. haha For fear that he might invite over a hooker, maybe get drunk or high, and turn the house into some hilarious sitcom-worthy episode of Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men. hahaha
