We read all the complaints and everything even though we may not respond to each one. I am going to tone down the set a bit and see if that helps but we can't just completely change it again when we spent quite a bit of time and money on it. We bought a brand new 4k video camera which is amazing so quality will be better. We are just in-between a lot of things right now which includes directors so please bare with us. Good news is the TV show will air next month and details will be released on December 2nd.

I'm a bit confused as to the video quality issues. With the same cameras that gave us very good video quality before, suddenly we started getting blurrier images. I guess it really does matter that the users of the equipment and those who edit the footage are on top of their game at all times. Purely as a customer I'm hoping that the new camera will allow us to be able to pause video images and get clearer images. Especially for things like the cumshots. I believe that each advancement of video technology will keep catching up to that goal.

As for the set, I know we've discussed that at length elsewhere. But I for one agree with you that there is no need to redo the whole set. I happen to like the faux brick for instance. With fewer props and visual distractions in the background I think you'll find that the feedback and response to videos filmed on the new set will improve accordingly.
