I agree with you on that much Jon. On the other hand I didn't see anyone "demanding" that their scenes be given a high rating. They can hope out loud that people will enjoy them and rate them highly. That doesn't mean that everyone will or should. There is a certain amount of self promotion whenever any model posts on the site. I agree that self promotion should not be too unseemly. But of course that is always a subjective judgement of each forum member. If you feel that a model's self promotion is unseemly, then that opinion is valid and you are quite welcome to say as much. Yet it doesn't speak for everyone.
I would like to hear from all the models as much as they are willing to post. Just as we have freedom of speech in here, they should be able to talk about their upcoming scenes without censoring themselves. (Just as we like them to discuss and give us some background on their scenes that have already been released) Blake in particular lost out on doing 4 scenes because various models were no-shows on the set. I don't blame him for hoping to get more scenes. And he's so well loved anyway, that his scenes are likely to be very very popular.
As I see it a forum member started this thread to find out why we had not heard from or seen any new scenes from a favorite model. That model read the thread and responded with honesty to the questions herein. That's what most of us hope a model will do anyway. I see it as, no harm no foul.
