How About Some Favorite 2013 Photos?

Hey Everyone!

I decided to resurrect this thread from 2012. I figured, why not share some of our favorite still photos from 2013? As Broke Straight Boys gets ready to celebrate its 1,000th scene, why not share some great moments of our favorite scenes from last year?

In celebration of me being able to post pictures again...due to Chuck's successful upgrades (Mwah!), I'll share one here that I have been saving for a while. I found it on Twitter many moons ago, hoping to share it one day when I could once again post pics. A certain model will know whose page I found it on. haha It's not even a scene photo. But it does give a glimpse of the room where the man behind the curtain is standing inside of in the Great Hall of Oz. lol

Isn't it cool to see more of what the set looks like? We saw the model Johnny helping assemble the sets in the new house in a long ago BTS vid. This is what this one particular set looks like from a wider view.

Not to mention, the "tight space" the photographer and videographer have to move around in, whew! I'm tired just thinking about it!

This may somewhat surprise you, Betu, but in such a small area, performing is that much easier. Where I film, we have a bit larger area, but the secret to it all is to get the models comfortable well before the shoot, and then have minimal others in the room when the shoot is being performed. JohnnyBluMedia is most expert and qualified at inducing the models to reach their comfort level well beforehand. Add to this a shoot is not merely completed in a matter of the few minutes the final project hits the website. A normal shoot, at least for me, takes up to six hours, whereby the footage is redacted to where everyone - including my models - are satisfied with the completed project BEFORE it is released. So much goes on behind a single shoot. What you see in the pic is a mere fragment of it all.

I've actually seen (on other BTS) on other sites where the equipment, people, even "props" are so overwhelming for me to look at! I can appreciate when you say "get the models comfortable well before the shoot." My mind works in such a way, that I am always thinking about "what is not visible" in certain circumstances in general. Which (in my case) is often why I think about; "How many scenes, takes, or how long was a model "filming" in a scene, when the end result is blah! Just things I think about! This picture was before Johnny took over from Clay. (At least I'm pretty sure.) Johnny said that he made changes and investments in more lighting for the sets because he wasn't happy with what he saw as too many dark spots and shadowy areas. So it may look somewhat different from that now. Though not by much I would presume. Regardless though, it does look like a very confined space for cameramen to operate in.

As Jack points out though it can also be seen as a help in having less distractions on the set. It makes it for an all-business or nothing setting.

How would we perform sexually with someone if we had at least 2-3 guys or more in the room...and they are crawling around on their knees or standing and leaning over us on the bed, and staring at us from a distance of only a few inches? Not to mention the fact that they are holding cameras. How many of us viewers could even keep a woody with all that going on?

Whatever the models are paid...it's probably not enough. LOL We really have to appreciate the working conditions they are under to deliver for us the performances they do.
