Hi

Just checking if anyone else is having issues with the audio aspect of videos? I seem to have poor quality audio when I have downloaded vids from Broke Straight Boys The bonus sites however are ok.

Too bad it is probably a filming issue, instead of an issue for Steve or WebMonkey............

I don't think its the site. I think it is how the episodes are shot. Often, when Clay is talking to the model(s), one can hear Clay perfectly fine, but when the model responds, I can barely hear the response and most the time I just guess at the response. This tells me that there is not enough microphones to pick up what the models are saying.

I find it very frustrating that you can never hear the models very well, in responding to Clay, or even when two models are speaking to each other. I am not in film, but isn't that what a "boom boy" does in filming? That someone who holds a special microphone at just the right distance from the person being filmed, so that you can pick up even a whisper?

I don't expect a Hollywood production here. That is okay. But, if you are going to have a bunch of dialogue, it would be NICE if both could be heard.
