I will check it out again on your recommendation Peter, as we usually have such similar taste. But I always had mixed feelings about Ashton.

On the surface, he was exactly my type, blonde, smooth toned body, big cock and a cocky attitude, but others pointed out a racist tattoo that I could never notice, and he also gave the appearance of someone who might be using illegal substances. In his later shoots I thought I detected a vacant look in his eyes. He appeared to have aged and seemed more hardened by his last scenes here.

Yea M.Y. I also felt the same way about Ashton in regards to substance abuse. I remember him and David laughing about him using in one the scenes. Thank you Gardenboy for your update on two of BSB1's more prolific models, as this is the one site that I'm a member of, and have no other source of information regarding former Broke Straight Boys's.

Your stories of these two former Broke Straight Boys models are sad, but not surprising, as we know of the sad endings for both Mike Robbins and Dustin, and Clay recently posted about the number of guy's that he has worked with who've been either in prison or in some form of rehab. Unfortunately there does appear to be a correlation between the porn industry and these types of incidents. I certainly understand that it is not true for all porn models, or even most, but there does appear to be a higher percentage that do get into trouble than of the average guy of their age.

I believe that it takes a very adventurous or perhaps daredevil attitude to earn a living by performing sex on camera for the world to see. This is one of the reasons that I am opposed to even offering these models an opportunity to film bareback scenes, as a young man who chooses this profession does not always exercise the same judgement as perhaps another guy his age might.

As far as Nu attempting a "comeback" at an older age, where he no longer has the looks for porn is also a reality that people don't consider when suggesting that various models of yesteryear return here. With rare exceptions, the gay porn industry is a very young man's game. It is not coincidence that when we look at the ages of our Broke Straight Boys models, the majority are between 18-24, or so. Of course there are exceptions, but I am talking about the vast majority.
