We have no way of knowing how they tabulate the votes Johnny, but I have to say that your theory makes a lot of sense to me. Why are the older classic scenes starring the great models of the past not rated highly anymore? Have the votes from years ago been thrown out and they're just counting new votes? I don't have an answer, but your theory does sound plausible to me.
