Good point. Kyle initially self identified as bi, which claim kind of lost credibility when he bottomed in 100% of his scenes with other guys. Repareur, the most immediate law I can think of, since Broke Straight Boys is located in Georgia would be the Georgia statute dealing with the issue which I will post below. Please see subsection (3).


§ 16-6-22. Incest


(a) A person commits the offense of incest when such person engages in sexual intercourse or sodomy, as such term is defined in Code Section 16-6-2, with a person whom he or she knows he or she is related to either by blood or by marriage as follows:

Actually, the ruling by the Supreme Court had nothing to do with this statute as the facts were different. The offense of incest (shown in the first statute) merely contains the term "sodomy" as being included - the act of sodomy between those persons listed in the statute, not the act of sodomy between two persons not related as indicated. This code section is indeed prosecuted in the State of Georgia and the punishment is listed as the last item in the statute. In the case of the twins, this could very easily be prosecuted in Georgia were it to happen.

Whether or not one might agree or disagree that adults should be able to do sexually as they please, in this State as long as the statute is on the books, it remains illegal. Hope this helps.
