On November 11, we here in the United States celebrate Veteran's Day. It is a small way to honor our veterans for their selfless contribution in keeping our nation free. I have learned from serving myself that freedom is not free.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all veterans, past and present, U.S. veterans and veterans from all countries, who have served for one common goal, world freedom.

May God bless you all.

Yes today in the uk is Remembrance Sunday. At 11 oclock on the 11th day of the 11th month we honour the dead in all wars and conflicts with 2 minutes silence.

Dear Buckeye,

I would like to second your concerns. The fact is that there can never be too many peacemakers in our world! And I guess it goe without saying, no one can really enjoy true peace quite like those that have put their lives on the line in the process of making the world a better and safer place to be!

I feel we all owe a debt of gratitude to all those veterans from all the wars!

We Salute All Veterans,

Stimpy

Same in Australia, only it was yesterday, which was the 11th here...

Most of you know how much I love where I live...things would be very different if it weren't for the amazing bravery of World War 2 veterans.

To all veterans...Lest We Forget

For all those who have served our country and to those who are still in harm's way right now... To all those who have given everything... I wish to extend my personal thanks for all your sacrifices that have given us the freedom that we enjoy right now.

Happy Veterans Day, for all that they have done, and continue to do, in the name of serving their country..........
