I think if they had waited to bring him back and given him a chance to see some of the feedback, or even watch the scenes himself to critique himself, he might have been more successful. Malakai is a good example of seeing his scenes back, seeing our comments and saying, “okay, I see what you’re talking about. I didn’t realize”, etc. and I’m sure we’ll see an improvement in the noise department with these new scenes he just filmed. As a singer, I hate to listen to recordings of myself singing, but I have to. It’s the only way I’m going to improve on what I’m doing. Anyway, just my opinion.

First, I appreciate your keeping an open mind on Ethan, Jay. And as we know up front that he is not going to bottom, so hopefully there will not be too much negativity about that when the scene is released. The scene was pretty good. Good camera angles. I had a little bit of a problem with some of the pre scene interview. I felt like there was an assumption that Ethan was doing well with the viewers. Things that were said gave me the impression that Broke Straight Boys and Ethan both thought he was killing it. I’m just a bit confused why they would do that. You can definitely see an improvement like the Ryan Parks scene. I think if Ethan comes back a third time, that is when we will see a night and day difference. But overall good scene.

I agree with Jay. I think Ethan has an over inflated opinion of his performance. He did suck dick better although he fed his dick to JJ while he treated JJ’s Dick like a lollipop. I understand what you’re saying, however, I have mentioned it before and I think most people must not have understood what I was referring to. So, I’ll drop receipts. As you can see, Ethan wrapped his second shoot week (which included this scene with JJ), and Mark posted the photos on May 17th. Ethan’s first pairing with Jos Alvarez wasn’t even released until May 19th. Ethan had NO CLUE of any viewer feedback except for possibly his BTS and Solo. So the only scene hits would have been from that BTS and solo. So to sum it up, every single Ethan Steel scene was in the can before the first pairing was ever released! Just saying!
